You couldn't ask me to pick a worse company. DSLD used them for the homes in our subdivision and it's been a nightmare. $400K house had water coming through the ceilings within 2 months due to Bell installing the supports incorrectly on the unit in the attic. Electric bills nearing $500 for a brand new house. Water now being shot through the air ducts due to improper sealing and the unit still being unlevel. Water coming through into house, we will be there Monday. They don't care and they can't fix it anyway. Good luck if you make the mistake.
Absolutely the best HVAC technician that I ever talked to. Doug was so easy to work with, he explained the problem and what was going on. He adjusted the system for the optimal performance and is very professional.
Bell Mechanical was great! Technician was informative and knowledgeable. My only complaint is I had to call them out twice for the same issue because the first guy wasn’t as helpful. Second guy, exceeded expectations by informing me of exactly how my unit works. He read the notes in my file to see what the last guy did and already knew what the issue likely was. He gave me information on how to register my equipment for warranty, ordered parts needed to fix the issue, and then came back to install. Since he couldn’t completely fix it during that visit, he provided a temporary solution that allow my air to flow until the parts were in. He even put in some pads for the loud vibration noise caused by my unit which SIGNIFICANTLY helped the noise (that the first guy told me there was no help for). So while this review is a bit contradictory, I’m very pleased with how it was handled the second time around!
First and foremost I normally don't ever do these surveys due to Im usually dissatisfied with communication with the repairs. This time absolutely stunned how well Nathan at Bell communicated good or bad news and went above and beyond my expectations. Bell and Nathan are top notch and once found part was on back order and didn't give up and found the part needed after checking several locations nation wide. Repair took Nathan literally no time but also took the time to explain what took place and educated me on how to maximize my unit and lower cost to me. My family and I want to thank Nathan and the whole Bell company for saying that failure was no option and if there is a will there is a way. I recommend Nathan and Bell to anyone in need of A/C repair this company is top notch...

My AC stopped working right. Called Bell Mechanical and they sent Tony M. out to look at it. Tony arrived when he said he would and even diagnosed the potential issue over the phone. Sure enough, when he arrived and looked at the system, he was right. Changed out my capacitor in less than 30 minutes and even showed me how it was supposed to work vs. how it wasn't working. Very professional and courteous throughout the process. Would recommend Bell Mechanical for your AC needs.
I’ve had to get my units serviced twice and both times were so easy. I just called customer service and they sent someone the next day to fix the issue. Very nice staff , awesome repairmen very professional
Initial installation was done not right and I suffered 1 year not knowing the issue and why AO kich sound . Bell folks came as a part of home warranty and fixed the ax system or balanced the sumystem and I am happy . I could sleep at night . But either bell or someone did not setup right the system settings while construction and close
Called before arriving. Technician was courteous and got straight to work diagnosing the problem. Told me what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Thank you.

The guys from Bell Mechanical have always been very responsive and professional. They are very good at explaining and answering our questions. The new technology is hard for us Seniors to keep up with but the fellows at Bell are great at what they do! Highly recommend.

Marisol (with customer service) was very professional and helpful as she answered my questions today. We have been a customer with Bell Mechanical Services for a few years and the technicians are great. After the hurricane in 2021, they were available within a day or two and did an outstanding job well done.
One Sunday morning my Ecobee thermostat flashed a warning saying that my heating system is not responding and connection is lost . So I scheduled for tech to rtt we pair on Monday. Two weeks before this issue I had a scheduled maintanance on my Heating system. The tech who came said that it was a loose wire connection which was caused because of the negligence of the technicians who did the maintenance. Due to that we are not gonna charge anything for the visit. After saying this to my husband , he also asked for $40 and that he will send a receipt. My husband didn’t question him why he needed $40 because he was in the middle of a meeting . When I received the receipt, it only said that all charges are waived. No indication of paying $40. When I confronted Bell mechanical abut this they were saying that the tech says that he did not receive any money . And even if he received it would be a tip . Why would we give a tip on top of paying bell mechanical. He is a salaried staff of Bell Mechanical. Not a hourly wage waiter at a restuarant. Try to train your employees to ct with integrity. It is not about paying $40 for nothing , it is about being cheated that I am mad about. Every one Bell mechanical comes for maintenance, the techs mess up something in the system . During the summer maintenance, the tech broke my Ecobee thermostat. Until he turned the system off and back on everything was working fine . But suddenly my Ecobee broke. Please train your staff professionally before you send them to the field.
