Do not use this company, and do not ever for the love of God do not trust Sunny Knox. He brought a stolen, 2 year old unit to my home that he never installed or finished at that, he made me pay $3500 cash up front for it, never showed up, ghosted all my calls, and has yet to pay me back. It's been nearly 3 months now. I pressed charges and he now has a warrant out for his arrest and he still doesn't care!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not stand by their work. Have 2 new A/Cs under warranty that are not working and he is refusing to come out and honor the warranty, even during extreme temperatures. Not reliable at all. Sometimes he will come, sometimes he doesn't, sometimes he will come many hours later after stating he was 15 minutes away all day.
Sunny Knox Install 2 units (Full Installs) for us under the "AirPros LLC" These two units started leaking almost immediately. He refuses to answer any of my calls. I highly recommend steering clear of this individual and his business. Both units have cost us hundred in freon, service charges and they are not yet 1 year old. Again, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Unless of course you enjoy being ignored and ghosted.

Had to buy another new ac after purchasing one from this company. Ac was not installed properly after months of I'm coming tomorrow. Really like 3 months. Called someone else that said that theres a puncture in the outside unit and another ac company who said that the heat will not work either. A very expensive steel box. No response from the company. Received no warranty info, and currently purchasing my 2nd ac. Haven't been home since June and its October
