Upon initial contact, my agent Mitch greeted me and gave me a background information on his time with the company and what he brings to the table. Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Mitch is a great listener. Heard out all of my demands and began building something that was what I wanted. Everything he did he let me know why he was doing it and the benefits. You have to love a thorough explanation which puts you at ease with a company. Mitch represented himself and the company very well. Grade A service.
Daniel Kidd was the technician who came out to my house to have it inspected. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything as we went around the house to look at all the electrical components. He thoroughly explained the pricing and scope of work to be done and was courteous and respectful towards our time and our house. I would certainly recommend him and AccuTemp to anyone in the future.
We needed an in-line PEX pipe that we pierced with a lawn edging stake fixed on a Sunday evening. Daniel was very professional and nice. Did a great job and was done within minutes since we had the hole already dug out around the pipe that was broken. Charge wasn’t anywhere near what we thought it would be. Definitely would use this company again.
We had two bathrooms with four toilets backup after our Sunday service at St. Margaret’s episcopal church. Theodess Perow came out and worked diligently to unstop our drain line. Theodess was very friendly thorough and professional. We are very satisfied with your service and Theodess is an exceptional employee.
Bailey from AccuTemp arrived on time and we discussed the situation and he explained in detail what he would do to access the problem. After identifying the issue he gave me options to correct the problem. He completed the repair and checked the Freon to insure all was good. Bailey is a very professional, polite and conscientious young man. AccuTemp is fortunate to have the caliber employee that Bailey brings to his work. Job well done and I would recommend Bailey and AccuTemp to anyone needing HVAC assistance.

Aaron was extremely helpful and respectful from start to finish. He clearly explained all the potential issues with my system. He also explained how he would be able to identify where our freon leak was based on the outcome of different troubleshooting steps. Technically one of the best technicians I have come across and he was nothing but respectful during the visit.
Austin Love with Acctemp was professional. He explained the process and advised me how long it would take to repair the to repair the leak leading from my water meter. I would highly recommend Mr. Love and Acctemp to my family and friends. He gets a ten in my book.

All I have to say is that, if this young man Jeff is any indication of what your company hires all I can say is that you guys rock! It’s was a great experience. The service technician, Charles Frank Haynes , was professional, and personable . I felt he was very knowledgeable and accurate regarding what the issues with my AC unit. And provided the best options and solutions to remedy the problem. It was an exceptional experience.
Appreciate the prompt emergency service a/c repair. Charles quickly identified the problem and repaired a previous repair not done correctly. He had all equipment and supplies needed on site. Provided excellent info on maintence contract vs new hvac system. Extremely personable and trustworthy.

My name is Jeanette Guerin. I made a call to AccuTempt On 5/14/2023. Someone replied right away. I then received a text that a tech would be here in about 30 min. The tech showed up promptly and found the problem. He explained to us what was going on with our AC and our options for repair. We gave him the ok and he changed out what he needed to change and had us back up running with a cool house. Job well done! He was very polite and professional. I would use them again.

Today I came home realized my ac wasn’t functioning properly. I gave AccuTemp a call they were able to have a top notch technician in route to my house with in two hours. Matthew Morrow did a wonderful job. He was friendly and kind and went through the process so that I could understand why I was paying nearly $600 to clear a clog from a kitchen sink. He was professional and efficient and I would rehire him anytime.
