Jacob Hadley provided an excellent service. He was friendly and professional. He took time to explain the issues we were having and how to fix them and prevent them in the future.
Don’t set appointment when you do not have the capacity to take on the work. My brand new system and thermostat are out of order less than a year after being replaced by this company. When I called to make an appointment, they said they would not be able to get to me in the same day. They could not give me a timeframe and by 3 o’clock the following day, they not only hadn’t serviced my unit, they called to postpone my appointment for an additional day (day 3 of no air) due to their workload. If the company would treat clients with enough courtesy to set reasonable expectations, they would have been honest about not being able to get to my call. I cannot afford to shut down my business another day due to their negligence and lack of honest communication.

I find that it was expensive but I didn’t have any options. It was the quote that was given so I had to have it fixed. It didn’t take him 30 minutes to do the work which I found was a lot of money to do the job.
Everyone at AccuTemp has been kind and professional. From Brittany, who answered my calls and questions to Riley, the technician who visited us this evening. Riley diagnosed and explained the problem we were having with our AC clearly and he repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was polite and respectful from start to finish.
Brandon and his partner were very polite. Even having to work in the attic and it being over 100 degrees up there. I enjoyed their company while they were here. Also they were very professional and did a great job, I am very pleased with the quality of work they did. I will always use AccuTemp the service is great and so is their work. I want to thank the 3 guys that installed the new air conditioning in my home today. I enjoy ed their company and they had wonderful manners. AccuTemp has wonderful employees. The air conditioning feels so good and I am very impressed with the way they cleaned up when they completed the job. All five of the guys that came out to install the new hot water heater and the air conditioning unit were great. They all get 5 Stars. Thank you for a great crew.
In my experience khanh was very professional on time and also informative about everything he did. He gave me tips and tricks to prevent my family and I from having to go through this heat again. He was so good I signed up for the yearly program,but I only want him to service me.
Very kind and professional and efficient. He was very quick to resolve the problem. Took the time to talk me through the issues and answer any and all questions I had. Also helped me carry my crutches and fan since I am in a cast. Highly recommend!

We had an extremely bad experience being without A/C for 4 days in 100* + temps. AccuTemp needs more professional and compassionate 5⭐️ service employees like Aaron Dabney he was very professional, compassionate and apologetic for all the issues that we’ve had to deal with getting our A/C repaired. AARON delivered 5⭐️ service with the HIGHEST DEGREE. AccuTemp needs to give him a bonus and do whatever they can to keep him around. Devin Reese is another 5⭐️ employee that came out as well. The 5⭐️’s that I am giving is strictly for these two guys and not AccuTemp as a whole.
A/C went out so I called AccuTemp. The technician was very professional and when I called, I actually spoke with someone. Such a nice change. They showed up when I was told he would. Chris was very encouraging and assured me he would get my home cooled down. A word of advice to homeowners: Don’t skip having your a/c units cleaned! It’s not worth the heat. Thank you Chris and thank you AccuTemp!!
Our air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days of the year (triple digits). We are so pleased that we called Accutemp. As soon as they showed up to evaluate everything, it was quite obvious that this company is thorough, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and all about customer satisfaction. Our unit was replaced the very next day. The guys that put it in are super heroes!! Not many people could do this work! It was 100 degrees outside and they stayed in our attic for 11 hours and we barely even knew they were there. Not only did they replace our unit they corrected our air flow woes that we have experienced for years. They could’ve just replaced the unit without pointing out the existing problems. We now have equal temperature on our first and second floor and we could not be happier!! Thank you for taking your customers seriously and working so hard to keep us cool!!

Reece was very professional and gave great explanations and answered all of our questions. The office kept in touch with me by phone and text until Reece arrived. Reasonably priced also.
Devin Reese did a great job in fixing my A/C system to get it back running normally. I really appreciate his hard work.
