Shawn immediately found the problem and fixed it. He also resolved a problem in my other bathroom. He was courteous and neat and did such a good job. I will definitely recommend him to my friends. Thank you for a job well done

Jolly Plumbing tech Shawn Watson did an EXCELLENT job of diagnosing what was wrong with the kitchen faucet and cured it! Low water pressure/flow due to hard water deposit build up in older pipes (Gtr. Cinti. WW - is there some more water treatment you use that would help to slow this problem!!!). Shawn investigated the problem rather than selling unneeded equipment or extensive re-piping. As a retired sewer employee (MSDGC), this is type of service I appreciate and value, as well as expect from a great plumbing company and its trained employees!!!
Jeremy was very friendly, professional and was very efficient in diagnosing our air conditioner problems. We’ve been very happy with Jolly Plumbing and Air. Very reliable and professional. Everyone has been super friendly and done great work.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting a fine young man named Corbin Roberts, an HVAC tech who is knowledgeable, efficient, and bright. In addition, he is a charming individual with excellent manners and an unassuming nature. I am requesting Corbin to be my standard technician. He is one of the rare ones in today's world.
Andrew M. came and gave me some suggestions about options to address allergens. He also checked my vents to see if cleaning would help first. Changing my filter wasn’t on the schedule and my filter wasn’t on his truck, but he went and got another one as mine was due to be changed soon anyway. He was friendly and provided information to help you understand all the options without pressuring for a decision.
Alex was great. Very professional and talk to us about every little detail. Our dog love him as well. I would so recommend jolly plumbing.
Isiah was great and so was Zane. Both of them were very professional and very helpful. Gave me straight up answers with no BS. That's the kinda of service I want. Went through everything with me and let me know what was going on. Gave me the best options there was for us. I couldn't of asked for better service. NO DOUBT!!! I'm very happy with our service and would definitely use Jolly Plumbing again.
Called Jolly as my ac unit quit on me. They came right out. Andrew was very professional, explaining all my questions and got me hooked up after adding a surge protection on the wiring. Great job Andrew. Call them for your next hvac problem.
I kind of knew last Summer, I would probably need to purchase an entire new HVAC system. After Mercedes did the check of the system, it was determined that it would make more sense to purchase an entire new system. I then met with Danny. He gave me all of my options considering how old my unit was. He explained everything to me. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything to be done. Very professional and personable. Today, Andrew, Russell, Brady and Jake came out to install the new unit..they were all so incredibly nice. When everything was finished, Brady took the time to explain the new smart thermostat to me. He was very patient with me. I have no doubt that these guys put in some very long, hot days. But they still manage to be so pleasant and personable. Great job Jolly for having such great employees!!! I will continue to use Jolly and I already tell neighbors and friends.
Jolly Plumbing is excellent! Their customer service folks are great on the phone - helpful and efficient - and service technician Austin Wilburn was very nice, respectful, and clearly explained everything and answered all my questions during my 100-year-old-home’s ten-point checkup. I will be a return customer for sure.
I had 7 techs at my house at once and they were all extremely professional, organized, and friendly! Would definitely recommend all Jolly services so anyone in need. They did a great job at cleaning up their messes and thoroughly explaining all the issues.

Dylan was my tech and I can’t say enough good about him. He not only figured out all the issues I had but he had so much patience with all my questions and my grandson’s questions. He took the time to explain everything to him. Finding customer service like his is a hard thing to come by these days. I will be requesting him for any future issues

Highly recommend Jolly. When calling around after our water heater broke, Jolly was the only company that would come out to give us a quote for a new water heater without charging me a trip fee (which makes sense considering all I wanted was a quote). I appreciated their timely response and ability to resolve our issue quickly. Isaiah was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you.

Shawn was great. Arrived promptly after a request to inspect our water heater. He was able to determine the issue was minor and offer suggestions to keep the system running without similar problems. Even found an unnoticed leak the expansion tank. Greatly appreciate the attention to detail to head off problems before they become worse.
