They took excellent care of me and for the others in my community who've used them.
My experience has been great! I had a whole home humidifier, and purifier installed and I'm very happy with the quality snd service I received. Brad was very helpful productive, professional, and kind. I'll definitely be using Phoenix comfort services in the future!
They did a wonderful job fixing our AC unit. They talked us through what was going on & we’re very thorough. They responded in a more than reasonable time frame. Would HIGHLY recommend using them!
Brad came out and knocked it out of the park! Got a brand new A/C and furnace put in. Installed a Google Nest thermostat. Fixed plumbing/ routing of wires, lines, and ducting. I knew it was going to be a tough project, other companies walked away from it but Phoenix showed up and got it done! So happy with the final result.
Brad and Keith repaired my AC today. They were professional and patient with my questions, and quickly had everything running smoothly. I definitely recommend!
Alex and Brad came to my house to address an issue with the dehumidifier and the humidifier that are installed in my HVAC system. They did a good job; the system is working great now. I’m sure I’ll use Phoenix Comfort Systems if I have future HVAC needs.
I love Phoenix as a company and how quick they respond but I also appreciate Brad and his thoroughness and kindness. He immediately took off his shoes before entering our home and told me exactly what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommend this company.
Our new HVAC system wasn’t wired correctly when installed, so we called Phoenix. They were able to schedule us sooner than we expected and Brad arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. Very courteous and professional. Will use Phoenix again for sure!

Brad and Jacob have both helped us before. They were both very professional. Brad went out of his way to get a part we needed so that the job could be completed on a Saturday. When one parts store was closed, he drove to Covington to retrieve the part and kept us updated the entire time. He was friendly and completed the job quickly.
Furnace quit the day before closing on the sell of our daughters house. Phoenix technician responded quickly, determine the problem and replaced the failed blower motor. The tech "Brad" was knowledgeable and courteous.

The apartment complex that I rent from uses this company to service their tenants. I had a scheduled appt today for a replacement and asked the tech to wear shoe covers when walking on livingroom floor and he told me " I ain't wearing shoes covers " Then he said he would ask maintenance for a tarp and " try" to avoid the area. He asked to take a look at the area I reluctantly let him take a peak and walked on my floor with his shoes uncovered. He went outside to gather materials and I asked him again "what did you say about wearing show covers?" He then raised his voice in my house and said "ma’am are you trying to argue with me"? I replied NO I'm trying to see how you you can tell me what you are going to do in my house. How dare he try to insert DOMINANCE IN MY HOUSE. I had my own shoe covers I was providing I just needed them worn when he was on my carpet. When the other occupant of my home asked if tbere was a problem, he gathered his stuff left the furnace and supplies outside my unit and left! Lol. I have another appt tomorrow so that's two days I had to give to this company and I am not happy about it!!!! I will never recommend them.

When they installed my new furnace and air-conditioning 11 years ago.. they took 2 days.. after 6 months ..I noticed they failed to connect a duct pipe.. making the basement recipient of my bedrooms heat.. they failed to get a permit from the county. They failed to fill out the proper paperwork for my 10 year warranty. Which meant I only has a 5 year warranty and about 2 months after the 5 year warranty expired. The collector failed.i called them and had to pay over $ 500.00 to get it replaced. For the last 4 years..I have topped off my condensor..I found out my A coil is leaking ..slow..but every 2 weeks I have to top it off. Ridiculous. I would NEVER EVER use them again. They even called me up and ask me about a warranty program to purchase.
Happy with their work,and they were quick and polite. Would 100% use their service next time too.
