Had Routts install a new furnace this past winter (early 2020). They came over, installed it in a timely manner and left everything spotless when done. Highly recommended

Called around 330-4p. Just like you guys said! Was here within the hour. I’m sure that’s not the case all of the time, but it was this time. Came, talked about what was going on. He fixed it within that hour. 143$ later had the system up and running! Looks like 75$ Labor for Brandon. I’m good with that! Have seen around 150$ a lot. Very polite, respectful, and ready to do the job. Didn’t tell me this, that, or the other. Straight to the point about the cause. Didn’t try to take me in different directions about what could happen, just what was causing problem at this time. So that was nice. (I’ve dealt with every type of home repair worker that you can think of lol! ) .....Of course, we could’ve done it ourselves for like 100 bucks cheaper, but who can beat not having to do the research, then taking an hour to figure it out on the physical unit, then installing. So I say yeah, worth every penny! Definitely have a good feeling about them. Will use for future.

My heat would not come on. Called at 8:00am and they got to my house at 8:45am. It was pouring down rain but that didn’t stop them one bit. Worked for 2 hrs outside in the rain and under the house to diagnose the problem. Had to order a new part and came back the next morning and replaced the bad part. Very impressed with this company. This was my first time using them but won’t be the last!
100% Satisfaction! Being retired law enforcement, I am super critical of most people. I must say I have total respect and trust in this company. Honest, fair, and priced accordingly. Reaching out to this company was last coarse of action before replacing the entire 5 ton system. After lots of stress, we were up and running after a couple hundred dollars. Thank you

Joe came out on a Sunday. Got some heat going so my pipes wouldn't freeze. Came back the next morning and finished. I would recommend him over anybody.
