My air conditioning starting blowing warm air the other day. I contacted Josiah with Mr. Cool Services and he responded immediately. Isaiah his brother was out same day even though I called around 11am. He discovered the problem (bad capacitor) and had it fixed in 25 minutes. Took the time to explain what had happened and quoted me the price (very reasonable) before doing the repair. Did not try to sell me anything extra or charge me anything unexpected. Before leaving he told me to let them know if there were any other issues. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. These men are from a Christian family. I would recommend this company highly for any HVAC needs.
