First off i want everyone to know that reads this, I am employed here! I’m currently a two year Apprentice HVAC Helper. This is my career. I’ve worked at countless HVAC companies in Louisville, KY. Not a single one of them has given the effort and time that Chadwell Comforts has given to me. The owner is much more outstanding and undoubtedly the best company i have ever worked for hands down. Not until I’ve started working here, i have received the care, hospitality, training, and learning i had yet to receive from my previous HVAC companies I’ve worked for. HVAC is an amazing trade in our world. I’m super happy and blessed to work with Chadwell Comfort. I’m given everything i need to succeed in my career in HVAC. Chadwell did a great job cleaning my ducts and vents. They were on time, fast, and efficient. Will use them again if I ever have to have my HVAC serviced.
Mr. Chadwell was very persistent at finding and resolving a very complex issue. He didn't give up until we were 100%. Also, was very quick to respond and schedule appointments. Their office staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Chadwell Comforts installed our Lennox HVAC system. The level of integrity and honesty that the owner (Stephen Chadwell) displayed exceeded the highest expectations. They did a nice job on the installation and cleaned and hauled away everything. The owner was very knowledgeable, patient and arrived on time. The job was phenomenal & staff worked quickly to complete the install in one day. We highly recommend this company.
My AC and heat are on top/roof of the condo building. They went on the roof n took care of the problem.
They gave me outstanding service outside normal business hours at a a reasonable rate. I appreciate the quality and quick response.

This company is great. I had a very good experience with them. They were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anybody they solved my problem in less than a week. Also the price wasnt bad at all. Very friendly when they were repairing my ac. I will definitely come back to this company if i have any issues in the future.
Company had to come in and fix a prior company’s mistakes and were professional, considerate and really cared about getting our furnace repaired after 45 days of no heat! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of good HVAC tech team

Stephen came out to make a repair to our heating. He was very professional and made us feel at ease since the repairs would be done while my wife was home. Very clean and did a great job. Definitely pays to feel trust in your service providers. We had been waiting for weeks to have another company take care if it and got tired of waiting. He was also able to make some recommendations for repairs that we may want to consider in the future in order to make the system more efficient, but wasn’t pushy about it either. Will be using them from here on out. Thanks!
We had the best experience with Chadwell Comforts! When we called it was later in the day and I assumed he would be out the next day but he was there later that evening. I am really impressed with the customer service. I feel he was very honest and his pricing was fair. We had a great experience and highly recommend Chadwell Comforts.
Great customer service! From my initial call until the owner drove out of my driveway the service was top notch. We will definitely keep his information to pass along and to use to maintain our system.
When our A/C went out in the middle of a 95+ degree week, I did NOT expect the incredible level of service I received from Chadwell and his team. We have a newborn and having the house properly cooled was of utmost importance. Those I talked to at the office and those that came and actually fixed our system were all super nice, helpful, timely and organized. I know it can't be easy juggling so many appointments and calls on these hot days but these guys/gals went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Was a first time customer, now a customer for life! Thank you all so much! What a great example of a company that really cares for their customers.
Last year,I used Chadwell before to clean the duct work on HVAC they did a awesome job. This year, when I turned on my AC system it worked fine for a couple of days. On memorial day the AC system started blowing warm air. I sent a message via messenger and they responded during off hours after 9pm saying they will try to look at the AC the next day. I wasn't expecting anyone to message or call me on Memorial day. Chadwell Comfort was able to come out the next day! Hands down simply the best company! Extremely professional and didn't have any issues with me watching. I'm more of a do it yourself guy and always willing to learn. I recommend Chadwell LLC. to anyone.
