Our AC went out in the middle of the night, the next morning I called AirTech. Same day they gave us an estimate and installed a brand new Trane 2.5 ton AC unit. I would highly recommend this company, Joe and Jordan were professional, fast and answered every question we.had. They care about getting the job done right!!
We noticed our home getting warmer throughout the day and began calling around to see if anyone could come out today. AirTech said they couldn't, but could get us in first thing in the morning. The lady said that she would call me back if they had any time at all today. Fast forward 20 min later I get a call saying that the tech happens to be passing by my home soon and is going to stop and take a look!! It took him all of 20 min to know it was the capacitor and replace it. I first called them right at 4 PM, and as I sit here at 5:45 PM my house has already dropped 2 degrees. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!!!! Oh, and they service call + part was only $145....I consider that a steal!
I personally never do these reviews but this company is the absolute best!! I am 9 months pregnant and contacted my realtor about the ac being broken. She immediately called them and even though it was the very end of the day he showed up and immediately fixed the problem! So thankful because having a house that is almost 80 degrees is no fun especially when ur pregnant!
I couldn't be happier to review the quality, expertise and reliability of AirTech. I have used them for all my HVAC needs on my personal home and my rental properties for several years. They have exceeded my expectations with every visit whether it was a minor repair changing out a burnt out capacitor, to a full new system install. Their cost is generally below all the competitors but without a doubt the level of service and professionalism provided is well above the rest.
Our aux heat wouldn’t kick on, we called around 8:30am and they got here within a couple hours and had the problem fixed. We’re so appreciative for their promptness! 11/10 recommend.

Update! I just used their service for a second time and wanted to update. The outstanding quality is still there! From scheduling, to the professional and friendliness of the technicians, all a wonderful experience. Still definitely recommend! Wonderful honest company!! Definitely recommend! Terrified of the possible cost of an hvac repair but also dying in this July heat, I called around to local companies to get information. The bigger companies wouldn’t give my questions the time of day, some of the smaller companies were nice but rushed. When I called Air Tech a woman answered who was so very patient with me and my panicking lol. She was quick to give out information other companies (big and small) wouldn’t give. This made me feel more at ease and feel like there wasn’t any hidden fees. They got me an appointment for the same day aaaand showed up on time! I don’t mind if someone is late but it’s nice when they hit that appointment window. The owner himself is who came to diagnose the unit. He was very professional and friendly. He problem solved and got straight to the issue saving me tons in cost. I have an older unit I’m trying to get every ounce of life left out of it so he could have easily told me I needed a butt load of repairs. This thing is a dinosaur. According to Google and word of mouth from neighbors his prices were more than fair. I rarely give reviews but from the first phone call to the actual repair I felt well taken care of so I had to write a review. It is rare to find a genuinely honest company. My needs were priority, not the price tag. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future!
Soooooooo it’s not often I right a negative review buuutttt Vivint is trash. They came out and took down my security system and thermostat. In doing so, they wired my thermostat wrong and fried it as well as popped a fuse. The circuit breaker constantly was tripping and my house was freezing. So I called Air Tech and they came out the very next day. The team was very professional and confident int their knowledge and willing to teach me. (I like to learn these things) so after 90 dollars and a replaced fuse, the heat wasn’t working. I called air tech that night and they were out the next morning to repair it. Luckily I had a spare thermostat on Honda that they replaced it with. They also did some corrections on my breaker box and HVAC unit. They were very professional and handled the second call in very swiftly. They have a genuine care for their customers and it shows in the quality of work they put out of the shop. They are very open and understanding to the needs of their customers and willing to help in any way possible. They truly are the best business I’ve dealt with so far in the Clarksville/Oak Grove area. Keep pushing out quality work, Team!

Airtech was very responsive. I called them at 12:20 and although they were booked and it was raining, they managed to work us in the schedule. Airtech was very professional and called 15 min prior to arrival. Our tech, Joe, was very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you Joe. I appreciate all you done. Airtech has all of my future business. If you ever need your air unit or thermostat serviced, call airtech. they did not disappoint. price was great too.

Very professional and very helpful. I called to get my AC checked and they came the same day and I did not know my AC unit warranty had expired and yet AirTech came, replaced a faulty valve and filled it with freon for free. Definitely recommend this company

This company is one of a kind. The patience, time, and effort they put onto thier craft is astonishing. The owner of the company personally service my air conditioner. He was extremely efficient and effective. He came to my house a day early because he wanted to get to all his customers as soon as he could. You could see his passion and drive while he worked, because I wholeheartedly believe he cares about this community. It was 90 the past couple of days; we went 3 of those days without air. Big Boss, you coming a day early really meant a lot so thank you!

If you are in oak grove or clarksville call this company. Hard worker and way more knowledgeable than anyone else in the area. Other companies are out there jackin up ac units. Call air tech
