Made an appointment only to have them no show or call while I'm sitting here with no AC . At least have the common courtesy to let me know so that I can get someone else!

This local family owned company did a fantastic job. My thermostat went out and we have a dual fuel system. Not just any stat will work. My regular company I used to use could not do it and had nothing to offer. Milburn is my new Hvac company. And after a couple of weeks the thermostat they installed had an issue. They replaced it tested everything and left me no new bill. Stuff breaks, even new stuff sometimes. I'm just glad they stand by their work and products. David and Blake were courteous and professional.
Milburn Heating & HVAC was extremely helpful. They were professional, showed up on time, and finished in a timely manner. They explained what they were doing and was very thorough. I would highly recommend their services!

I would recommend Milburn Heating & Air for any size job. They are flexible, competitively priced, knowledgeable and do jobs big and small. Milburn Heating & Air has serviced both my individual residences and a 24 unit New Construction Apartment Complex.
Will not be hiring them again been playing phone tag for 3 1/2 weeks was told when they left everything was good and was blowing cold air and now the ac has been having problems since they were here.
If I could give these guys 10 stars i would. First came into contact with this company when my basement took on water after a sump pump failure. They were working with ServPro and came out to check my ac/heat. When I turned on my AC this year it was working, but not like it should. After getting many opinions from several different companies, which all recommended things like- new compressor $1500, new A-coil, new a-coil and outdoor unit $4000, brand new indoor and outdoor unit $6500 etc., Milburn came out. They did a deep clean inside and out, and basically what amounts to a tune up. For less than $150 our home is now cool for the first time this year. It’s hard to find an honest and dependable repair service, but these guys are the real deal. Do ur self a favor and call them if you have problems. From Marie in the office that always kind and knowledgeable, to the staff that’s on time and extremely friendly this is an A+++++ company. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it.
Unfortunately last night my air-conditioning went out and it was blowing hot air and couldn't figure out what was going on. I woke up this morning and I called Milburn when they opened at 8:30 and they sent two workers out within the hour. They were very fast they were friendly and helpful. The compressor went out in my unit And they said easy fix and within 10 minutes it was done and it was $150 that I was fine with pan because deafly got have air-conditioning in the house during the summer. So I do recommend this place and if I have anymore problems with my heating or air I will contact Milburn
Sears Home Warranty gets an F, but Milburn gets an A. Communication and customer service were excellent. New AC unit working great and on time for every appointment. Technicians are dog people which is always a plus for us.
Very dishonest company! Made a total of 5 trips to my house to fix my split heat pump unit... charged my home warranty company thousands of dollars to fix issue by replacing the internal unit and tried to double dip and charge me 650 dollars for things the warranty will not cover and never fixed the issue... 3 weeks later I refused for them to come back and work on my unit so my warranty company sent me a different company (Chadwell Comforts) they fixed the problem in less then 2 hours... they found a small leak in the outdoor unit... unit is working perfectly fine now!!! Rude lady at office and tired tech that doesn't take time to trouble shoot... misdiagnosed problem FIVE times!!!! Really! Avoid this company and save yourself lots of money and headaches!!!! Thanks.
