I cannot say enough good things about the workmanship, quality, and attitude. Everything was thoroughly explained concerning our unit and new thermostat. They were a joy to have in our home. Josh was excellent to work with! As new customers to central air and heat pump systems, he made time for us to explain what to look for in potential problems with our system (or what is normal/not a problem). He was friendly, courteous, and even made our next appointment for us while he was still here. We look forward to continue working with him in the future!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this business is. We had previously had someone from a different company come out... they never checked to see what the issue was & then charged us an absurd amount of money for doing NOTHING. Less than a month later I called Josh at Total Comfort Solutions. He came, thoroughly checked our AC system & explained/showed me, in terms I could understand, what was going on. He gave me various options for getting it fixed. They were prompt for both the initial visit as well as the repair visit. They were quick, kind, & trustworthy. I will be continuing to use them for ALL our HVAC needs from here on out. You can tell they have INTEGRITY...unlike the other company. I'm so grateful for their service. They are definitely TOP NOTCH & I will gladly recommend them to anyone!
Total Comfort Solutions is a very professional and courteous HVAC company. I don't think I could say enough positive about this company and their employees. A five star company for sure!
Total Comfort Solutions has done two of my homes and I would definitely have him come back to fix anything that would be wrong with the system.....but luckily they're so good at putting it in the first time they've not had to come back.....that's been about 8 yrs ago for both systems! Thank you Total Comfort Solutions for being professional and curtious in our home! God bless you!
