Called on Friday afternoon and had a new unit delivered Monday morning. Incredible response and personal service - when others couldn't get what we were looking for anytime soon. Bryan and his team will get you whatever you need and they stand behind their service. Highly Recommend.
New years eve we our pump was running constantly. KU sent us an electronic bill. Almost $700 for the warmest warm nov Dec I could remember. I called Barnes expecting someone to call me back after the holiday weekend. To my surprise Brian called an hour later and said they were closed but he would come take a look. My compressor was running with no freon. I had a leak somewhere. They checked my other unit top to bottom. He was able to find the leak fix it and gave me a very fair price. Can't thank Barnes enough for going above and beyond to help someone over the holidays. Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and honest work.
I would give Barnes HVAC a 5 star rating. They were honest, reliable, timely, and professional. I had to call them for an emergency situation. They could have told me that I needed unnecessary repairs which one company actually told me. But they didn't, they came out the next day first thing in the morning and fixed my issue in the same day. Even now, my unit is still working great.
