This company is amazing. We have kept using this business for both homes we have lived at and will always continue to refer Bobs to anyone in need. AMAZING PEOPLE.
AC went out on a hot day and we called Bob’s to check it out and repair. I was told Bob is a state of the art repairman and he wouldn’t try to sell us a whole new unit unless he knew he exhausted all of his options. Bob himself came to check it out and it turned out it was one tiny part that no longer worked. Had a replacement in the van and Bob had the AC back up and running within 30 minutes that he got to our house. Love to support local and we know that our systems are in safe hands when we call Bob’s. Cannot recommend this business enough!

Scheduled an appointment at 4pm. No call No show. I had cancelled another appointment with another company because I was confident I would be going with Bobs. Now I have to wait another day with no AC due their lack of professionalism and courtesy. Update: I did receive a sincere apology from Bob’s Heating and Air. I understand things can happen and appreciate that they at least reached out and offered an explanation of what happened. I do not wish any harm to any privately owned company due to an honest mistake. I will give them the benefit of the doubt based on their rating and may even give them an opportunity in the future.
Called regarding getting estimates for replacement of AC and heating. Bob was professional, courteous, discussed my options and answered my questions.
Great service and very knowledgeable. Was able to figure out the problem with my unit immediately and was able to give me tons of information about the system I have. Would definitely recommend.

Easily the best experience I’ve had with any HVAC company. Everyone involved was very nice and helpful. We needed a new unit installed during the hottest part of summer and Bob’s team got it done quickly and at a great price. Going forward, I know who I’ll call when we run into HVAC troubles. I needed same day service and Phil came out within an hour and a half of the initial call. It was raining and he didn’t balk. We have to have a motor ordered and replaced. Phil explained everything well, as he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Phil!!
