Great service, our technician arrived within the scheduled window and service was done quickly.
When I started having trouble with my old HVAC units a couple of years ago, Terry and his team came out to make repairs. Dakota, the best tech in the business, told me that I wouldn't be able to keep putting Band Aids on my aging system and he was right. Terry came out and quickly did an estimate once the units gave up and then offered to install a temporary (company owned) window air to get us through while we waited for the install. We didn't have to wait long, within a couple days, Dakota and his crew were there working away! We were also pleased to take advantage of a three year zero interest payment plan after making a down payment. I don't know of another company that offers such quick service, quality materials, a knowledgeable staff, as well as such a great financing option. A quality HVAC system can cost 10% or more of your home's value; make sure that when you spend that much you get your money's worth.
Arrived on time and got my AC unit installed in just two days after having Terry look at our systems. Included a free duct cleaning and were super nice about everything. Highly recommend!
Air Supreme was wonderful! My heat broke after a big ice storm that shut down the power for days. They came right away and fixed the problem in no time.
LOVE our new HVAC system! After almost 20 years, the unit that came with our house quit cooling. Terry was there quickly to give us an estimate, and go over all options with our concerns. On the day of installation, Cullen and Dakota were professional, hard working, and did great quality work! They explained how to maintain and work everything! HIGHLY recommend, and couldn’t be happier with the work completed!!!

Great company I called about an outage and Dustin was at my house in just a few hours!! My heat and air were both up and running better than they were before my issue and Dustin was the politest gentleman I've ever spoken with especially with my being an online hvac assistant lol!! Great work performed by great workers and at a price that left something in my bank account!! Thank you again guys for the great job much appreciated!!

Had to problems with my outside unit. Dustin came when he said he would and worked his butt off until the issue was fixed. Very refreshing. Even gave tips to keep problems from reoccurring we will definitely request him if we need help again.

My original review was 5 stars but YOU NEED TO READ THIS; ALL OF IT. We were so excited to upgrade our limping HVAC that had seen it's last days. Air Supreme was thorough with their assessment of what we needed and suggested 3 systems that would work. We decided to go with the top of the line $9700 Amana 18 SEER communicating split system. They honestly worked with us to get it installed as soon as possible and supplied us with portable AC units until ours was delivered which was 2 weeks. We then had to have a French drain installed b/c of standing water. When they finally got it installed on June 24 we were so excited. We went on vacation a week after install and called our son to lower the temp early on our way home which was 12 days later. Got home to see the thermostat set @ 71 with the actual temp of our home @ 76 and that was 6 hours after the set temp was lowered. Called their office the next morning and the day after that a tech was @ our home to fix the problem, which he did. It turns out that when they initially programmed the thermostat it was programmed for a dual stage as opposed to a variable system and b/c of that error the system never would kick into "high gear." Anyway, after the tech had called Goodman and been put through to a Tier 2 technician who talked him through deleting and reprogramming the thermostat it worked FOR 2 DAYS. On the morning of day 3 there was an error on the thermostat which I called Air Supreme about. Once again the same tech came out and reached out to Goodman to finally diagnose the problem which was the TXV (valve that opens and allows circulation of freon). It took a week to get that in and after it was installed, it still didn't work. Well, I called ready to demand a new heat pump b/c that was where the error was and the office personnel explained a new unit was on order. So, another week goes by before the heat pump gets replaced - AND, yep you guessed it. System still does not work. I had called Amana early on wit

They sent 3 crews to remove old furnace and AC unit and install new heat pump system. They were done in half the time estimated. The equipment is quality stuff. Tom and the crews did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Terry was our salesperson and we got everything he promised and more. We highly recommend Air Supreme and signed up for their service club. 👍

They responded with next day service. Dustin was pleasant, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I was notified that he was on his way and he arrived shortly afterwards. He knew almost immediately what the problem was and had the replacement parts with him. He had us up and running in a short period of time. 😊 The cost was more than fair and less than I thought. Very happy with this company. Will be a permanent customer. Give Dustin a raise!!
