We had a whole new unit put in Dec 2021. A/C not cooling efficiently July 2023. Tech came out today and was here for over an hour. Low on Freon. No leaks found. Probably wasn’t charged properly due to freezing temps when unit was put in. Tech didn’t charge for Freon. We’ve been very happy to give 1 Choice Mechanical our business. All tech have been polite and nice to work with.

Able to get us in within 48 hours. Our technician, Doug, was very professional and thorough. We even ended up going with the yearly maintenance plan. Can’t beat the price for a 3 unit home. Highly recommend.
Absolutely enjoy doing business with them. Misty is amazing with answering all my questions and getting me scheduled quickly. Alex has been amazing from my estimate for install down to my service call. The install team was amazing as well.

The worse contractor ever I have worked with They cane to my apartment to check mini pack AC unit The technician opened the unit and left He told me he will send me either repair or replacement estimate and charged me $135!! They never get back to me ,I called twice and asked for the estimates and the lady said she is going to send it to me shortly and never got back again!!!! The ac unit was open 3days and I end up have someone else to finish the job
I was having an issue with my AC unit shutting off made the call Tommy showed up diagnosed the issue quickly fix the issue quickly and even kept The area nice and clean excellent service.
Doug came out because our central air unit wasn't working or even coming on and within a half hour everything was up and running properly. He was a pro and explained the issue and repair thoroughly! Thank you Doug!!! Bring on the summer days!! I highly recommend Doug and the crew at One Choice Mechanical!

Alex was very personal, professional, and thorough. Our AC was not working due to incorrect install. Alex got us up and running quickly and made sure we weren’t charged due to it being an install error. He was also mindful to wear foot protection when walking in the house. Though the install error was frustrating on a new unit they corrected the problem. Hopefully they update their training and procedures to avoid this in the future.
You all are the best at the jobs you do 4 us tenants.... The a/c is kicking cold air again... Thanks so much!
Very good work done. Zack explained everything that was done, went over instructions clearly. He advised of things that had to be moved, noises that would occur, and everything moved was returned to it's original position.
HVAC tech Doug was amazing he was professional and on time. Explained things in great detail and I am confident my air will give no issues in the future
We have used One Choice Mechanical in all our homes. They provided appointment information by text ,then called with the arrival time. Doug was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable Had us up and running and did a thorough testing of the complete system with photos!
