It's almost impossible to find folks who provide service like Havens. My AC went off I had no idea what was wrong. They came, diagnosed, fixed things that had been wrong for years, got my AC back up in no time, left zero mess, were incredibly pleasant to work with, explained every detail and charged me a VERY fair rate. I could not be more pleased with their service and will never use anyone else! If service, price, and dependability matter to you, CALL HAVENS.
Called for HVAC service. Very prompt response. Found issue that past 5 companies overlooked. Quickly fixed, reasonable price, and the unit is working better than ever before!
Jerry came out on Christmas Eve during the sub 0 weather and got our heating system working. Great service and fast work.
We have always been happy with the quality work, the quick response and pricing of the services each time we have needed assistance with our heating and AC. We have had two AC units installed with Havens in two different houses and have been happy both times.
Very happy customers, we needed all new system and rewiring to move from propane to electric, the work and equipment that was done is quality, We've lived in this home for almost 9yr and it feels more comfortable than since buying the home, I recommend Havens!
Started having some sub-optimal cooling with frosting of my lines. I contacted Havens and even with a full schedule, they were able to squeeze me in before the impending hot weekend. Jerry was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand 1. what he was doing as he was doing it and 2. the different repair options (with the pros and cons of each). He got us back up and running in the short term while we decide on the proper long term solution.
Saw good reviews and was not disappointed. They had an opening the day I called. The repairman arrived on time in the given 1 hour window. Quickly got to work and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Great business! I will use them again and would recommend!
We were without heat for a week in the coldest part of the winter. After giving up on the home warranty company and their contractors we called Jerry at Havens Heating and Cooling. Jerry answered the call on a weekend and was very professional. He was out the next day at 9am and had our issue fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed with how easily he fixed our issue after it took a week for the home warranty company and one visit from their local contractor & our problem still was not fixed. I would highly recommend Havens Heating & Cooling.
My furnace was dying in the dead of winter. From the very beginning Havens was concerned for my families needs and concerns. Havens can and will answer and explain any of your questions. Within a week I hade a brand new furnace installed and keeping my house warmer than the previous unit ever did!

They helped us choose the right HVAC system for our needs and budget, and followed that with a quality installation that was performed on time and budget. (Trane's Run Tru 3 ton system has been operating here for 8 weeks now. We are very happy with all aspects of this unit.) Air conditioner wasn’t cooling; it was weekend; company I had used previously could not come for many days. A friend told me about Havens. He came same afternoon and took care of it. Prompt, professional, courteous, great work. Will continue to be my HVAC service.
Our AC was out and Jerry was quick to respond. He wasn't completely certain what was causing the issue as nothing appeared to be wrong with the unit. He gave his opinion and we tried a first option of replacing the thermostat. That didn't solve the issue and Jerry was quick to come back out and do electrical testing on the furnace motherboard and found there was an issue. He didn't charge us for a 2nd service call and was back for a 3rd time the next morning with the new motherboard. He again didn't charge for the service call and the price was right in line with what I had researched for this type of work. I would certainly recommend him if you want someone to actually try to diagnose the issue without selling you product.
Dealt with another company for nearly two decades. They were always cordial and responsive. Furnace broke down about four years ago. It would take that same company over a week to get to me. Called Jerry at Havens. When he heard we had no heat, he came right away. Just over two years ago our AC unit broke down. Jerry replaced both heat and AC unit. Completely responsive, cordial, professional and with utmost integrity. This morning I called him with what I thought was an issue with the AC. He stopped by the house on the way to another call. He was here within the hour. I WON'T call anyone else but Havens.
I have used this company twice - once to replace a heating unit and once for an a/c unit. They responded quickly and I have never had an issue with any of their work. Very professional. Will be using them in the future.

I worked in Jerry’s office for nearly two years and I have been in the HVAC industry for nearly 15. It is a rare occurrence to find someone who operates with such integrity and honesty. He operated daily with only the customers best interest at heart and went above and beyond to ensure they were treated as if they were family. I was surprised to learn that several would simply leave their house key so Jerry could work even, when they weren’t home. He is a trusted member of this community and I’d have no one else work on my HVAC unit. Thank you Jerry!
Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He installed a new heating unit while we were on vacation. He even had a metal door made for us when our unit was missing one, and left us extra filters when he dropped it off.
Jerry handled the installation of my AC units as well as some custom duct work. He always provides great customer service at a fair price.
My Air conditioning went out 7pm and I called Havens, they were out here 9am the next morning and had my full service done in an hour. Great work, very friendly, thank you again for taking good care.
We have used Havens Heating and Cooling for a few years and we have always had great service. Jerry is very knowledgeable and he explains everything in a way that it is easy to understand. He is great at returning calls and he shows up on time. He is also honest and fair. He goes above and beyond to provide great service.
