Jesse was very knowledgeable and polite while he was here fixing my air conditioner. He answered all questions I had and explained in detail how things worked inside my home a/c unit. Had my ac back up and running within an hour. Would gladly use Kentucky climate control again.

I was blessed with a wonderful experience involving my unit giving out. I called Ky Climate Control and the lady was very polite and connected me with Josh Mason. He came out very quickly, assessed the situation and was very polite and helpful. I then spoke with Mr. Barnett whom walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. Upon choosing my option, Mr. Barnett immediately set me up with a unit and a time to have it installed. Amazingly, it was the very next day and Buddy Moore and his crew did an amazing job, very polite, cleaned up, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them over and over. Thank you ever so much!

In the last week, we had 2 thermostats fail and a transformer blow on our HVAC unit. 2 relatives and a HVAC guy from another company worked on the unit. A 3rd thermostat and a new transformer were installed by the other HVAC guy. The HVAC system worked for less than 3 days. Jesse came out, listened to the whole ordeal we've been through, diagnosed the unit, rewired the improperly wired thermostat, replaced the 2nd blown transformer, and got our HVAC unit up and running! Our house reached 80° yesterday and now we are sitting at a cool 73° in less than 15 minutes! I will definitely use KCC in the future and will recommend KCC to others!! Thank you, Jesse and KCC, for being prompt and efficient! (I talked to a rep at 7:15am, Jesse was at my house by 8:40am, and finished his work by 9:30am!) So happy I called KCC!! 😃
Kentucky Climate was very responsive to our call when we needed a new heat/air system. The parts arrived quickly for a swift install. Buddy arrived on time and was very professional and courteous when entering the house. He made sure I understood everything about the new system and was happy to answer any additional questions I had. Buddy and his team did a great job. I highly recommend KCC for your heating and air needs.

I called and I was given the next morning for an appointment. Then they really nice girl. That was the receptionist said hang on. Let me see what I can do and then she messaged me back and said they can come on out today and in less than an hour and a half he was there, fixing my air, super professional, great work, and a price I could afford! I’ve used them before, and was so pleased and my landlord was too! I send everybody to them!

The tech guys were great, they worked hard and explained everything they were doing. Stayed with it until the job was completed. Made sure I knew how to operate my thermostat, since I am not computer savvy. Ask if I had any questions and answered any I had. Very professional, friendly, and consistent on their work. They installed a Smart thermostat, AC/HeatPump and all new duct work. And new return air vent. So very pleased with the work they did. I wish I could recall their names because they deserve a big shout out for installing a new unit that has just come out on the market. So very pleased with these guys and I highly recommend them for any ac needs this summer. Great job guys!!
