No one wants to hear they need a new A/C but we’re thankful the previous owner of our home led us to Workman. They are small enough to provide personal & professional service but large enough to respond quickly. Steven presented a repair option but took the time to explain & show us why it might be a short term solution to our 2008 unit. We now have a new system with a great warranty and confidence Workman will be there should we ever have a problem. I would highly recommend Blain and his team.

I recently had a new Amana air conditioner unit installed by Workman Heating Cooling Geothermal and heating system maintenance done as well. The workers did a great job installing the unit, we’re friendly and professional. They were punctual and quick to answer questions. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly! I highly recommend Workman Heating Cooling Geothermal!

We recently had to have our furnace replaced. Blain was very quick to come out and to give us an estimate, address the concerns that we had regarding the prior company's work, as well as giving us open recommendations about what will work and what would be a waste of money. Blain and the rest of the team were extremely professional, courteous, and took their time to do the job correctly. I highly recommend Workman Heating and Cooling for honest and complete work.

Blain and his crew were fantastic. We needed someone to help when my office's geothermal hvac system decided to start leaking. He was busy but understood the pressure we were under to cool off a building that was 89 degrees for 3 days. He was the only person to answer my call and earned a new customer for both my office and house. Fixed everything in one day and were the very thorough.
Just have to say, Blain Workman and his crew have saved us from both the sweltering heat and the frigid cold. When our AC went out last Summer, they came the same day and it was fixed before I got home from work. The parts and labor were reasonable, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Then this last week when a part went bad on our furnace, they were able to get it fixed before the upcoming winter blast - they even gave us space heaters to get by until it was fixed. The service person was great. He did a professional job and cleaned up completely when he was finished. He even came back to check for gas leaks at no charge. The cost was fair and they follow a flat fee schedule, which means you don't get ripped off. They installed a mini-split system in our upstairs area, and they were able to hide all the components to make it look good from outside the house. The other company (I won't name them here) we got a quote from was going to wrap all of the component wires around our gutter on the outside of the house! I trust Workman to do an honest job, the right way, and done quickly. I recommend them to all my friends.

So, I typically don’t do this. But this guy really stepped over the line today with me. I live in a tight neighborhood. Meaning Lots of houses very close together. So sounds are amplified and we live very close to the street. My neighbor across the street had this guy, (Blain Workman, owner of Workman Heating/Cooling/Geothermal) come and jumpstart his car. I guess they are related or friends or something. So, good ol’ Blain decided to blow his horn about 20 times, right outside my infant son’s window, waking him abruptly causing a complete fit of screaming and crying and being scared and upset. I went outside after consoling baby, and asked him to please try not to do that again, that he had woke my sleeping baby and I had just got him back calmed down. His response was beyond rude. He said that he frankly didn’t care who he’d woken up and that my infant didn’t matter to him. That he would make whatever noise he felt necessary. So instead of standing on my porch fighting with someone who’s old enough to be my dad, I went back inside without saying another word. As soon as my door shut he decided to get back in his truck and lay on the horn and blow it multiple times, basically to just be malicious and as loud as possible and pulled off driving recklessly and speeding straight through the stop sign on my super small street. I wouldn’t use this business if it were the last heating and cooling company on the map. There are so many other great businesses that have employees/owners who have better company ethics. Blowing your horn like that and then being rude when asked nicely to refrain from doing it again, that just strikes me as so so terrible for company promotion. He was rude the entire time speaking with him. Not the way a business owner should act. I’m beyond disappointed, and will ensure none of my family or friends support this business.

After they determine the issue, they explain the cause of the problems in an informative, clear manner that the layman can easily understand. From there, they work efficiently to resolve the issue and they check to ensure that the issue has been sufficiently resolved. I had the pleasure of having Steven in my home, and he was an incredible technician. He is a great representation of what you should expect from a hardworking, professional individual; he was courteous, personable and efficient. The owner of Workman Heating Cooling Geothermal, Blain, followed up with me after the visit. He is clearly a man that takes pride in his name and the people that he sends into customers' homes.
