Thoroughly serviced the furnace
Air went out on a 95 degree day called they came out same day and had part on truck and had my Air back on by end of the day.
He came out on a super hot late afternoon and got our AC working! Lifesaver!

I was visiting my mother in Brandenburg from June 10th to June 16th. When I arrived on the 10th, the pilot light on her water heater had gone out and I could not get it lit. We called Medley's and were told someone would be out the next day to check it out. Late afternoon on the 11th we still had not heard from a repair person, so I called again and was told that a repair person would be out later that day. I left to return to GA on the 16th and we still had not seen or heard from a repair person about the water heater. Fortunately, I was able to light the pilot but it did go out a couple of more times while I was there and I had to try to show my 78 year old mother how to light it herself since she could not get it repaired. Poor business practice and customer service. If you are that busy, great for you, but don't schedule appointments that you do not plan to keep. We could have tried to find someone that was willing to take on the small job.
Fast, friendly and didn't break the bank. They came and repaired my A/C same day!

Let me explain on the 3 stars. They did a good job with installing my water heater but have a real issue of calling people back. Called about a clogged pipe, was told they would call me back after speaking to plumber.........a week later nothing. I could have called back but I tried to let them be responsible and they failed.
I called for a quote & they called back quickly but our financing had fell through. A month later I called for a quote and it took a week for them to call me back. Quote was given verbal over the phone on a Friday and the new A/C system was installed the following Wednesday. Now another month later & all is well with no problems.......and the final invoice was $200 below the bid price.....that's amazing especially when dealing with a 1929 farmhouse in the country (most things come in at double the bid)
