I've had them custom make vents for my furnace when I needed my duct work lifted for a ceiling install in the basement. They installed a whole home humidifier on my furnace. They service my oil furnace annually and have helped me out of two major issues on the same day of calling. The two employees are genuinely good people and there trustworthy. Their prices are fair and their work is quality. I would, and have, recommended them.

I've been using this company for over 12 years. They kept my old system running for 3 years at a time when 2 other companies insisted I needed a new one. When I did replace they explained the options in detail. Always prompt & courteous.
Terrible experience with this company. They price gouged and don’t think they performed the service they say they did.
BEWARE of this company. We had them out to our home. We were quoted $135 over the phone. They proceeded to tell us we had a leak and “needed to put 5lbs of freon in our unit” they charged us $100 per pound even though the national average is $65. The very next day we had someone different out and they said the unit had no freon and the leak was so minor that it wasn’t possible it had emptied 5lbs over night. I can’t help but feel this company took advantage of me because I am a woman and that they cheat people. I called to question the bill and they couldn’t give me clear answers so I stopped payment. They put a lien on our home the very next month.
The very BEST! My furnace needed a part, they were here within 30 minutes of my call. Very professional responsive courteous and a great value had me up and running within an hour of the call. Thank you!

Ms. Gina, Tony and Chad were great. Ms. Gina call ahead just to let us know they were on their way. They showed up on time and were very courteous, kind and helpful. They made us feel like they cared to get our ac fixed. They were there at 8am and had it fixed by 9:15am. These guys need a raise, in my opinion. Their keepers for the company. To find good, caring workers is hard this day and time. Our hats are off to them.

Very positive experience using Ed Brun. They were able to schedule a home visit timely and complete the repair within two days of the inspection. The technician ran behind on the inspection day and they called me to let me know of the delay rather than having me sit and wait. The tech came across as sincere, did not try to upsell me and simply fixed the issue at hand. I would recommend Ed Brun to anyone in the greater Cincinnati area.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ed Brun. We recently bought our first home and the air ducts and register boots in the floor were rusting away and one was completely gone. I have spoken with Gina about 10 times and she is always professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Tony and Chad came out to give us our initial and second quote on replacing our air ducts/boots in our flooring. They just completed the work today and we're on time and replaced all 8 of the register boots and the long supply run in half a day. They were both personable and knowledgeable and gave us advice on how to keep everything in top shape! Very very pleased!
