Service Techs Scott & Terry always do a great job. Very polite and work quickly to get the job done. Have used them for many years for our heating & AC work.
Friendly tech but I'm not 100% satisfied with the work. I don't see using them again. This was our 2nd & last time using them.

The home warranty company that I have uses Total Home Heating and Cooling as one of their contractors. They came out and serviced my unit. After a few weeks the blower would stop blowing. I paid another deductible and had them out again. The tech said that the last guy that was out here closed a wire in the door and that was causing a short. Their mistake. I recently had them out to do preventative maintence, they gave the unit a clean bill of health and said I just needed filters, which I replaced before using the unit again. When I went to use the unit neither the heat or the air is working. Now mind this was all working fine prior to their maintence check and them cleaning things out. The warranty company Total Home is backing the service contrator, and is telling me something else has happened to my unit. I will NEVER use this incompetent bunch again. Beware they to shotty work.
