Contacted Alex at 8am. He was on his way to another service call. He showed up at 10:30am. Quickly diagnosed my problem (needed a new outside unit due to bad compressor). Went to pick up the unit, finish another service call. Came back at 1:30 and had me back up and running by 2:30pm. Very professional. Mind you it is 90 degrees outside and he's working with a mask on! Great price too. Way less than I was expecting.
