They were really nice. Got me scheduled the same day I called them. Sent me a text confirming my appointment and then the guy called me and was at my house at a reasonable time. Got me going within about 20 minutes after arriving. I recommend them to anyone who has any AC issue's.

I can’t say enough good things, I highly recommend! I dealt with a home warranty company who ended up not helping me with the issues I was having with my A/C after two weeks. After explaining my situation, Specialized Service was very responsive and sent someone out within an hour of my phone call. They genuinely care about their customers and aren’t in it just to take your money, like so many businesses are these days. You don’t have to question the quality service you get with this company!
I used Specialized Services recently to install a furnace and A/C system. Quotes were reasonable, installation was quick and done professionally.

Brandon was awesome at helping me fix my heater! We were smelling natural gas due to 2/3 burner being too dirty to light. He cleaned them and even replaced my air filter. Thank you so much!!

Came out quickly, found the issue, replaced the part and checked to find out that the part was under warranty. Would recommend them to everyone.

My AC quit working on a very hot day. I have health issues and can’t be in the heat for long periods. I called The Specialized Service Company and they scheduled me a service call that afternoon. Tom came out on time and found the problem right away. He explained what was wrong with the AC and what it was going to take to fix it. Tom had the parts on his truck and quoted me a very reasonable price for the total repair. He had the AC running within a hour. I highly recommend Specialized Service Co and repairman Tom
All three workers were very professional and did an excellent job with installation. Did extra work that they were not required including leveling the condenser unit, rerouted the drain pipe behind the unit, and cleaned their workspace. They were very helpful for setting the thermostat and explaining everything. Thanks Dave and Pepper Kratz for helping us out when we needed a new one.
I would highly recommend these guys. There are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. On one of the hottest days Tom came at last minute and fixed my AC and installed a new thermostat for me. On top of that, they were extremely nice and cheap for how excellent the work was! 10/10
I’m really happy with the service I received from specialized service! They did a great job and are reasonably priced! They were very prompt on calling me back and worked with my complicated schedule to come out and fix our AC. Ja Mikell and Tom both did an excellent job and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company for AC services!
This is the 2nd time I have used Specialized Services for my ac, the first time was 10 years ago and the only reason I didn't go back was because I couldn't remember who I used! I had great service both times at a very reasonable price. They are honest, #1 on my list. Tom was a very pleasant technician and I will request him next time if I get the opportunity! Doesn't really matter though as I am loyal, when I find a company that treats me right and I will stay with them! I'm so glad I found them again! I highly highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
When the temperature hits 100 and my ac stopped working 2 years ago, I put out an SOS to my friends to see who they trusted for HVAC problems. After hearing high praise, I called Specialized. I had done my own research, so I knew enough just to be dangerous. I got 2 bids and felt I would be completely satisfied with using Specialized. All my questions were answered, everyone was professional and friendly and within a few days, I had a newer much more energy efficient system not to mention, a much cooler house. I saw a decrease in my monthly electric bills immediately. When others are complaining how high their bills are during the summer and winter, I have no surprises. My bills are consistently lower than I had with my older unit. When my unit received routine maintenance, the tech explained I was using the incorrect filter that was overworking my system. Once I corrected that, my unit was much happier and performed even more efficiently! I can't say enough great things about SS Co. Great company that does great work. Quick response times and excellent service. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure everything got fixed for very reasonable price. I will use them for all future HVAC/AC maintenance and repairs.
Dave and Tom were excellent to work with. They were very helpful and responded quickly to our problem with our a/c unit. Tom quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable cost which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend them!
