Called On Time on a Saturday afternoon because our AC wasn’t working properly. Within 5 minutes the service tech, Jake, reached out and was at our house within 15 minutes. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue and then 30 minutes until our AC was back online! Jake was very polite, professional, and very helpful in explaining the issues. I would highly recommend Jake and On Time to everyone!
This is almost unbelievable...in a very positive way. Friday night, June 30, at approximately 9:30 PM, my home AC stopped producing cold/cool air. Keep in mind that this is the Friday prior to the 4th of July weekend. I fully expected not to have someone even make a service call until Monday at the earliest. However, something else happened. Never having used them before, I contacted On Time about 10 PM and was told that someone would contact me quickly. Anthony soon called and said he could come as quickly as he finished another job. He reached my home at midnight...midnight, mind you... and had the immediate problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 or 20 minutes. He also tested my refrigerant level: it was a bit low, so he added that as well. Anthony was efficient, professional, courteous and personable. I was charged a very reasonable amount of money for these services and received a senior discount as well. I did not realize that a company would actually make a service call at midnight on Friday at the beginning of a holiday weekend. I highly, highly recommend On Time . The company, and specifically Anthony , went way above and beyond.
I cannot say enough great things about On Time! Every single one of my interactions with this company was enjoyable, which is saying something considering my circumstances were less than favorable. The receptionist I spoke with was so nice, respectful, helpful and efficient. She did her best to get someone out to me as quickly as possible, which I understand can be very tough this time of year, with the kind of temperatures we've been having. Dustin showed up within about an hour and a half of me setting the appointment. He was so kind, patient and very hardworking. I appreciate every single one of you!!! Thank you again!
Came home on a Friday night to find the AC was caput. Called On Time Plumbing the next morning and Jake was here in an hour. Parts installed and he was gone in less than hour. He showed me the parts that were bad and had me watch the install to him closing the unit so I could see I wasn't getting ripped off. Would highly recommend as I sit in my very cool home on a very hot day.
Jake, Javier, and Josh all did an amazing job installing our new HVAC system. We've also used On-Time for other jobs and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!
First time using this company today, had a emergency issue and called them, Nina was very helpful on the phone and the technician, Mark came out quickly, he was a wealth of information and demonstrated his skill set, was able to help and fix our problem. We will be using this company again! Thanks, Nina and Mark!!
My shower / sewer was backing up and had already made an appt with another company...they were no show no call to let me know they were running late..canceled with them.. . called On Time hoping they served Eldorado and they got me in same day and were EARLY! Our tech Mark was great and answered all my questions and was friendly and professional...Even got a veterans discount. I would recommend and will call them next time I need their service...Thank you On Time!
Great service! Was able to get to my house in one day and worked professionally in restoring my hot water in just a few hours! Highly recommended

Not only did they come fix an emergency plumbing situation on a Saturday when another contractor failed do it on Friday, their tech was at the house in less than an hour after I called them! Very thorough and very professional 20/10 recommend these guys, big thanks guys!
I had a leak underneath my sink they were great I’m glad they came, they are professional and careful with their work I am really happy with the care they display on their job
Brian came out to repair my drain line for my kitchen sink and through the course of the repair found a much larger problem. They had to change the repair to a re-pipeing job that then entailed a new water heater. They came back and were able to get everything done perfectly with minimal interruption and inconvenience.
They charged me $180 to come out and tell me I had a leak, Would not recommend. The two guys who came out were very nice though I just don’t see why a diagnostic that took 20 mins would cost that much.
This is the second time we used them. Very fast and very professional. I was notified by text about the tech arrival time. I would recommend them.

A/C motor seized. Jake was out to repair in less than two hours, while some companies were backed up a week. Super quick and professional. Highly recommend!
They sen tech same day as my service request. I was given options to fix or replace plumbing parts & the pros & cons of each choice. I was impressed with their knowledge & work.
