Been waiting for this farm jack to go on sale. Ordered it today and wait till it gets here. Will be very useful.
Attempted to apply for a job at 6610 W. Kellogg Dr. Wichita KS location. Even with a college degree and another partial degree in IT, military veteran with no criminal background, and no drug history, store owner seemed to only hire white individuals for jobs, regardless of qualification. Response: Everyone who worked at that store was white; so they obviously only hired white people. I highly doubt all of Northern Tools employees have degrees and no criminal or drug background. Not to mention I was called the N word in the area that store is located, so I am not buying it.

The moment I walked into the store the employer told me to pull my hoodie down off my head. It's 42 degrees outside. I just walked into the store. There were 4 gentlemen (white)in line with baseball caps on correctly and one gentleman that walked in after me with a coat on and a cowboy hat on. She didn't stop any of them to tell them to take their hats off. I asked her why do I have to take my hood off. She said cause we need to see your face on the cameras. I immediately felt racially profiled. I did not go farther into the store and told her what I needed. I did not take my Hoodie off. Please Note. This white lady employee of older age about lat 40s early 50s racially profiled me. Her attitude changed when I pulled out my military card at the cash register. We need to do better. #change

Ship to store option is not timely or efficient. If you order more than one item in an order then it is possible that not all your items arrive at the store at the same time. Multiple trips to pickup items and having to wait 3 weeks for items to show up is not acceptable.
I will Never step a foot in this store again. When I'm told I'm not allowed to have my Coach backpack in the store or need to leave it up front due to theft rates. No thank you!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere. Where they value their customers.
Staff is knowledgeable and open for questions. Store is clean and organized. Convenient location too.

Poor management,dead end job ,no room for advancement,treats there employees poorly unless your in there click of friends then you get to ride the clock doing minimal work ,while other’s run the show without the compensation ,negative vibe in that store as an employee an as a customer

Usually this store has what I am needing at a fair price. Have used their scaffolding products and am satisfied with the quality and price.
Shopping online is super easy, three star only because when you filter to store pickup many items show up that then are not available in the store, very confusing.
