Woke up and no heat 1-18-23. Called Moody and a couple hours later they were here and repaired our heater in about an hour explaining everything they did! Moody’s people are professional and nice, that’s why we have been with them for 20+ years!
We used Moody Heating and Air Conditioning to replace the units in two houses with Trane equipment. They provided the lowest price for the best equipment. Their technicians are professional and well trained. We will continue to use Moody Heating in the future. Highly recommend.
Dan and his team at Moody always do an excellent job. We recently moved to the east side of town and Moody was one of our first calls to service our new HVAC system. They are prompt, fair, and professional which is why we highly recommend!
After using another HVAC company in Wichita (which I will not disclose) that left me with No air conditioning & inoperable heating last year. This is after spending more than $1,200. I good friend suggested Moody and they came out and gave a very competitive bid for complete replacement of heat and air. I ended up with a much more efficient system than what was replaced. Everyone involved from owner to installation technician including office staff were professional and super friendly. I would highly recommend Moody to anyone including my mother for any and all HVAC issues. It’s nice to do businesses with quality people.
I have been so impressed with the. job and the service I got today. The guys were patient with my animals and working around anything. Still got in - got the job done - checked everything- cleaned up everything and very patient and informative about any of my questions I am SO IMPRESSED!! Thanks for a job well done!!!!

Always helpful, from Rebecca at first contact making the appointment, to William coming out and completing the work. I would never consider using any other company. Fair, honest, affordable, neat, respectful…I could go on and on!! Do yourself a favor and use them for all your HVAC needs!!
So far been very happy with Moody. I signed up for their maintenance plan so they came out once in spring and fall to check my hvac system. I like the detailed report that they sent after the visit and the tech was very professional and punctual. Oh and I also got discount on parts because of the maintenance plan.
Not recommended for geothermal. Had them come look at our system because is not running correctly. In the winter our closed loop system incoming temperature is just above freezing when it is super cold outside (33 degrees). Told the person I scheduled and then the technician. Now we have a problem in the summer with our system shutting off. Geothermal technician came out and told us the incoming loop is too hot (115 degrees). Their advice is to water a lot, we have been. What should we do in the winter then? Build a fire over the loop. Didn’t address our problem and then gave poor advice.
Extremely satisfied! At first you might think Eldon wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but this true genius took 2 minutes to troubleshoot the system, replaced a capacitor which he had with him on the truck, and quickly serviced the ac unit. The technician was extremely competent, plus endured me watching and asking questions the whole time, which he answered with great knowledge without missing a beat on his task at hand. Simply gold. This company I chose for their honesty, they don't say, "it can't be fixed", then try immediately to sell you a whole new unit on commission. I highly recommend Moody H&AC for their integrity and technical expertise. 👍
Tech did good job
As a Realtor I've had the opportunity to work with many local contractors and companies. The folks at Moody are by far one of the most professional options in Wichita. From Rebecca at the office, to Drew on Installs, to John in the field, to Dan the GM, their service is simply exceptional! Having enjoyed working with them so much with our clients and observing the consistent quality care they deliver, Moody Heating & Air was the only name we considered when replacing our AC this year. Dan shared that with our newer system we'd see dramatic savings in our energy consumption and that is exactly what we've experienced. I'm grateful for their superb service and wholeheartedly recommend.
The staff at Moody's were not only great to communicate with, but provided great value. Summer it's definitely a busy time. Fortunately, I needed a new HVAC system at the right time... late April/early May. Maybe I got lucky, but Moody's gave me the best bid out of 6 total bids, were very professional, and set me up with a Trane system. They took care of registering warranty and everything. Where others demand payment upfront, Moody's still does it the old fashioned way and sent me a bill, to which I happily returned with a check for payment in full. Thank you to Rebecca, Drew, Patrick, and any other team members that I didn't meet or talk to during the process. Y'all were great!
My tenants were without air conditioning and Moody was able to get a tech out the same day, within a couple hours of my request. Alden (may have spelled his name wrong), the tech, was not just on time, but early. I was notified when he was on the way, and receieve a follow up once the service was complete. Very professional and responsive.
Called to get a quote on replacing residential heating and ac unit. Scheduled a time for them to come out. They didn't show. Called the office and was told service person probably just got busy and they'd leave a note to have them call me. That was 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. Very pleasant people to speak with but without the service to back that up it's whatever. Our business will go to Hanna Heating & Air that got back to me within an hour.
Our Moody service man was very efficient, thorough, and friendly. He explained what he did and answered all our questions. I have used Moody for over 20 years, and the service has always been top notch!
