Honest and reliable
They are an Excellent Company. I will definitely use them again when needed. I will also recommend them to anyone.
Horrible communication, and the lady I talked to on the phone to make sure they were still coming after being 2 hours late was very rude.
So I am a General Manager of a locally owned and operated Restaurant in Wichita Kansas and used Lopez Services to install a commercial Hood. I was not here when the install was done (as I was not hired yet) but as soon as I got there I noticed a few issues. The first issue was that the outside air was directly blowing on the chefs which means it's super hot during the summer and freezing during the winter. I hadn't ever experienced this in 15 years of working in kitchens so I thought it was odd. The second issue wast there were no issues with the hot water until I turned on the hood, it caused the water heater to burn out and had multiple plumbers fix it and it still would stop working so I bought a NEW water heater and then as soon as I turn the hood on the NEW water heater stopped working. Lopez tells the owner "it's fine this is normal, it happens to more than just you"..... This tells me one thing, Lopez has continuously installed incorrect hoods to multiple people and received multiple complaints about his services. I asked for a receipt and they could not provide one. I asked about the warranty (as they had just recently installed this hood) and they give the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you have residential needs then sure they MIGHT do it correctly but if you are a business make sure you do your due diligence and find out if this company can handle it because I assure you that they could not handle ours.

This company is trash. If I could rate a 0 i would. They lack communication skills. They don't give you a time frame of them going out to your house, they called 15 minutes before they got there. They came out on a Monday to check what was wrong with it. Then came out on Tuesday to say the same thing. And charged both times. He said he would call with an estimate and nothing until I called them so definitely not using them
They were very efficient and courteous and I was happy to have my air conditioning back
Called a few different times for ac unit. Just received one call back each time to let me know someone would be coming. No one ever came or called back each time.

Last year we had him fix our heater. In the process we didn't know that we need to have several changes in the air unit also . He scammed out of parts that literally cost $20 . And because of the changes that he did,to the heater , that he fixed caught on fire and we almost lost the house. It turned out that the several changes that he had done prior to the heater and air were the cause of the fire.
Very unprofessional. Changed out a hot water tank and left a huge mess all over the floor. Threw the large box into my trash can instead of taking it off himself. The bathroom faucet would not work after he finished and he took the faucet apart and handed me the parts and told me ace is across the street. Now water is shooting across the bathroom. The faucet worked just fine prior to the water tank getting changed. I do not recommended.
I am preparing to move into a rental. Now because if their shoddy work, I cannot. everyone knows you CANNOT enclose a furnace in drywall!! No air flow and the gas company red tagged it!
They did a great job last year on my AC affordable prices and great service
We have been using them for years. Not just at our home but our rental properties as well. Great and FAST service! They are reliable and very fairly priced. Great for anything that you need them for. VERY RECOMMENDED and highly satisfied! :)
Bad , really bad costumer service... Just Don't Deal With it.. I got my Ac Broke And I Call This Guy For ESTIMATE And He Never Show Up, I Just Call again And He Never Call Me back... Find another real professional ac service because this person will let you down! !!
