Might be a great HVAC service, but their technicians need to have their driving licenses renewed. It is bad enough with every other jerk disobey the rules of the road, but when it is a company branded vehicle speeding through a yield sign into heavy traffic, it becomes VERY easy to call out that bad driver, License plate 252 MSL
They just finished installing a new system to replace my old one that was over 20 years old. Could not be happier with their work or the performance of the new system!
Absolutely wonderful service. I reached out to them in the afternoon the day before with a no-rush sort of issue and they were out the very next day! Had it taken care of quickly. The tech was kind and professional and let me know exactly what he did and answered my questions thoughtfully. Would 100% recommend! ** Edit as of 1/1/2023. They have done it again. My furnace was on its last legs and they were out quickly. Ended up getting a new furnace which was installed today and it is so much quieter. The team was polite, answered every question and left the space, I am pretty, sure cleaner than when they found it. Awesome company & employees! Can't recommend enough!
Had furnace problems. They were able to get a service man out here quickly and John did a great job. He was professional, informed me of the problem and what he did to fix it. Couldn’t be happier. Highest recommendation.
Their service people are the best. They are always prompt. They explain what was needed, and they had taken care of it. Michelle, who you talk to when you need an appointment is so very nice.
Fast and professional service! Our A/C failed and Kelley&Dawson responded quickly and in less the 24 hours our failed system was replaced with a new energy efficient Trane system.. The installation crew were focused, fast and delivered a quality installation.
This is our second experience with this company. The first time was a second opinion. We were told by another company that we needed a whole new A/C unit. Kelley and Dawson came out and it only cost us about $200. It was a small, easy fix. A new unit was not needed. Today I called in the morning. They came out this afternoon. I had a clogged drain line. It was fixed in about half an hour. I will definitely be using them for all my heating and cooling issues going forward. Great company!
Was very satisfied with their service and installation. Caleb got our AC going better for the weekend on Friday. Then came back on Monday with Ivan and Logan to replace the system. They kept me informed on their progress and got AC and furnace changed out by early afternoon. Very well done.
Our AC died and they responded quickly and got a loaner unit up and running while we waited on a new HVAC system. Today, Caleb, Zach, and John did fantastic work replacing our whole system. They were on time, worked hard, and were very professional the whole time! So happy with our decision! We recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

I've been using Kelley & Dawson for years now for my HVAC maintenance. My air conditioner stopped working over night on a Saturday in August; called them Sunday morning expecting a long wait time but, fortunately for me - they were at my house and problem fixed in a couple hours of my calling to report! Got the cool air blowing again. Caleb was the technician and he was very professional and polite. Thank you Caleb and Thank you Kelley & Dawson!
We have had nothing but good experiences with Kelley & Dawson Service since they installed our HVAC unit a few years ago. During our latest check-up, I was very impressed with our technician, Logan, who was friendly (engaging in a bit of banter upon arrival putting my mind at ease about a 'stranger' in my home), very knowledgable (answered my many 'flux capacitor' type questions) and very thorough, as well (determined our unit was only working at 1/2 capacity and flushed the ventilation clog out of our exterior unit). All this, for the reasonable price of their preventative maintenance plan, where they come check out your unit twice a year and make sure everything is good to go. That's the kind of reassurance I like, from a company that provides service at its best.
Logan cleaned our AC unit as well as my elderly Mom's & was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. I would recommend Kelley & Dawson to anyone. Office staff very friendly & helpful too! Great job!
We could not be more thankful for this company! We are new customers that called in an emergency in this heat! After hours (VERY reasonable) they came so quickly and took care of everything! Ivan was a lifesaver and we will be using them again for all of our needs! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We went with Kelley and Dawson for our new heating/air system a few years ago and decided to have the maintenance agreement too. They are great about setting up appointments and the check ups are thorough. Caleb was our most recent service person and he didn’t just hose off the ac units, but took them apart and cleaned them well. Highly recommend!
AC went out on a holiday weekend. Called the emergency service line, and within an hour the AC was fixed and the technician was out the door. Fantastic service and experience. Technician was very professional and courteous. If we ever need more service, we will definitely use again!
Steve and Gage were extremely professional! They explained all new parts of our AC and were clean and professional! They left our home and yard very clean. We appreciate all the work they did and vare very pleased!
