I was employed by this company and while on maternity leave they decided they were going to fill my position with no notice. Unprofessionally decided they found a reason to write me up on my first 30 min of returning to work after 6 weeks. Very unprofessional treatment from what was supposed to be a business.
Fantastic experience from Braden and Brady, they were able to quickly diagnose my issue for my main drain not clearing well, we're able to fix it quickly and explain the whole process. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable.
Had them come out to look at what we were needing. No one called back, no word about an estimate. Over a week later, finally get a hold of someone for them just to say, nope we aren't able to do that. They could have just said so from the start.
Casey was quick to respond when I reached out about installing a new A/C system and was friendly and knowledgeable in what was best for our home. He checked in a few times to see if we have questions on our options provided and made sure we had taken initial steps to ensure our home was ready for a new system (we had the wrong amp in our breaker box). We didn’t even get other quotes because we knew we had found the right company to work with. Fast forward about 3 weeks after he first gave us the quote/acceptance (time for supplies to come in / get on the schedule), the install crew was just here 2 days ago to complete the job. The two guys showed up on time, wonderfully friendly, didn’t mind our barking fur babies, worked in the rain a bit and helped to make sure we knew everything about our new system, and even installed and setup our new smart thermostat. They even lined our floors and stairs with drop cloths to make easy cleanup for them, and worry free for me. I can’t recommend enough - I work from home so I’m always a bit leery with how it will go having an install crew / repairman here with me, can’t be too careful. But these guys (wish I had their names) were so wonderful and made it a stress free and quick to get our new HVAC system ready before the Kansas heat gets here! Our house is now cool, more energy efficient, and has the right size system for our square footage! Thanks to all involved! You won’t regret working with Fahnestock!
Recently started using Fahnestock and am very happy with their service. They installed a new HVAC last fall at another residence and did a great job. I just started using them for my primary residence and found them to be friendly, professional and on time. Will be using them for all HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.
Alex came and did awesome work. He was honest and wanted what was best for me and my family at this time.
We love our heating and ac replacement. They were very nice and professional. We also got our duct work cleaned they offered to replace our vent registers no extra charge and changed out our cross over to a metal instead of flex very professional and nice. The plumbing since we switched from gas to electric the came in before our electrian to remove our old water heater so our electrian would have space to work. They were very nice and professional about installing our water heater and when they had to fix a leaking pipe under the home.
Casey was amazing! Laid everything out for us and answered all our questions. The installation was amazing. We even got a free furnace!! These guys are really awesome!
New Lennox HVAC install in November 2022. 2 stage heater and AC. This is our second system installation with Fahnestock. We worked with Tom Balbierz as our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable about the systems and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated he was not pushy and trying to sell me more than I needed. The installers worked efficiently and also walked me through what work they were doing and any issues they ran into. Afterwards, they cleaned up the work area and trained me on the new system. The install took one work day to complete with minimal inconvenience to our family. Very happy with the quality of this company's work.

Got A new heat system has turned off and failed 2 times in a month. Call to get emergency service and they are not open
Bought a furnace and AC. A year later I got their letter in the mail stating I had a free service checkin. They got me in the same day that I called and the service tech they sent out was super helpful and informative just like the first at the consultation. Highly recommend!!
Workers kept me informed on what they were doing at all times. Good communication throughout the job. I had a whole new system put in so they were out for almost 2 weeks. All parties involved work knowledgable and helpful.

I gotta say, this was the fastest and fairest treatment I have had from any company in Wichita for a while. I called them at 3:42pm saying my heater wasn't blowing hot. They were here by 4:21 pm. Less than 40 minutes. Our technician Craig was helpful and polite. He got our heater fixed in 40 minutes. I called at 342pm and my heater was working by 5pm. AND to top it off the price was extremely fair. 3 huge positives. Fast service, friendly service, and fair price. You simply can't beat that.
Bradyn and team were super helpful. We had gas leaking from our fireplace, he found the shut off valve when no one else could (and were told we need to have our flooring ripped up). He explained our issue and resolve quickly and affordably. They are our plumber of choice moving forward!
