They called with a last minute opening. Then when I didn't have a path cleared for them, they said no problem. My dogs were there the whole time. no problem.

Horrible company and over charges. Anything over 30 min is twice the cost. How is it possible to know what a problem is in less than 30 minutes including drive time... will never ever recommend this company to anyone. I would give no stars but it forces me to give one.. smh Technician - was good but the manager should find a new carrier..
ECK Services was the contractor that responded to my need for electrical wiring R&R in my home. There was some old Knob & Tube wiring in the recently purchased residence. ECK was responsive and followed up with my changes in schedule, which I found helpful showing their persistence in wanting the work. Mr. Anthony Taylor was assigned to correct the electrical wiring needs in the home and I was impressed with his intent to do all that was necessary to safe up my home electrical wiring, including crawling in the tight confines as was necessary. He and a helper were on time to the job, they were professional, courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area upon completion of the work. I plan on using ECK Services for future home electrical needs and will request Anthony Taylor to do the work. I highly recommend ECK Services and I highly recommend Mr. Anthony Taylor in the performance of my residential electrical needs. Thank You. C. Willoughby

Waited at home more than 5 hours and called three times before finally getting a response. Technicians were pleasant enough, which is why this is a 2 star review not 1 star. They Inspected my system and requested $1,250 to repair it. They also gave me a hard upsell to a $3,999 ‘upgrade’. The situation did not smell right so I paid the $99 call out fee and got a second opinion from another vendor. Problem was fixed to my satisfaction for $327. Would not go near Eck again, based on this experience.
The company sent 2 guys out who did a great job at finding the problem. Very quick and easy. and all around professional. Would recommend eck services over any other competition plumbing company.

Chase called to let me know of the estimated arrival. On time and professional. I showed them the issue and they quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a cost estimate. They quickly and efficiently replaced the wax ring. I am so pleased with their work and service. Great experience 👍. I will definitely keep Ecks number for all my needs.
Two very nice servicemen showed up to look at the electrical problems we had. They fixed the old wiring issues in our detached garage/workshop. After that they had to fix wiring for our well pump that another company left unhooked. We had a sprinkler system that we haven't been able to be use for the last year.
I use Eck Services for their bi-anual electric generator maintenance and have been happy with them so far and wanted to try with other services. I had an electrical problem with lights in and outside of the garage. Trenton May (I apologize I forgot the other name of the technician that was with him) came around the time they said they would be here. They listened as I described the problem and the layout of the wires and answered questions when I had them. If I was unhappy with something they would make sure I was satisfied with the result. Thank you Eck Services! I will definitely use them with the future work I will have.
I reached out to Eck Services via their website and someone called me within few hours to get details of my request (first time contacting them). Within three hours Anthony, the technician, called me to schedule the service. Super easy and painless procedure. Anthony was very professional, very friendly and very helpful with our requests. It's always great to have the best customer service experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Jayden Murphy is a great employee of Eck Services! He was very friendly and courteous. He was very thorough and respectful to my yard and home. Spoke clearly about our AC unit and gave us options to go over to see what we want to do. Thank you Jayden and Eck Services! Very pleased with everything!!
