Your company sent a tech named Juan to my apartment at Greenway manor apartment511 for a water this man efficently repaired all leaks very quickly please tell this man that he did a great job my name is Gary baker. I meant for a water leak
Mike came out to check on my furnace as it was having a slight issue but it was checked out and the furnace is ok just a little dirty mike explained everything clear and answered all of my questions I had I feel relieved I was a bit worried but Dean Norris Inc took care of my needs and I must say they are service with a friendly staff Andy took my call and set up my appointment he was very polite and understanding I plan on using their services again when needed so give them a call for you heating and ac needs you won't regret it.thanks again for coming out to help me it is greatly appreciated.

Called them because we needed toilets replaced. Their technician came on time, was a gentleman, wore their mask without it being requested (COVID cases were rising at the time), installed bidets we had purchased (wasn’t on the original job we requested), cleaned up after himself, and disposed of our old toilets for us. The technician also explained everything they were doing in terms that could be understood and explained why we were having the issues we were having and how to prevent them. All equipment works as advertised and there hasn’t been any issues with the items that were installed. I guess there’s a reason why this company has been around for 50+ years.
Called Dean Norris and talked to Andy about a backed up sewer line to the house. He said he could possibly get a service technician there the next day, which was great. Andy called back within 10 minutes and said he could send someone today. The service technician (Seth) was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Seth up plugged the sewer very quickly. Very good experience Thanks for your service.

Very professional, answered all question with positive attitude, very courteous, I will use again!! they didn't try to sell me a new system like other companys were trying to do, they came out and diagnosed the system and fixed accordingly.
I called Dean Morris when our heat pump wasn't working properly on a very cold day. Because one of our household members has advanced COPD, they made it a priority to come out that same day which we appreciated very much. Mike did an awesome job! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
