The air-conditioner quit working last night. I called and the woman got us in line for a service tech to come out today. She was helpful and professional. Tech came and had our issue repaired and back working in about 1 1/2 hrs. Cost was reasonable. We are please with the service.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan's HVAC company, and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Earl, the sales representative, provided a customized solution that fixed our home, and Adam, the installer, did a fantastic job. I highly recommend their services!
This week we found our new HVAC company: Dan’s Heating and Cooling. Air conditioning failures come at the worst times and we could not have been happier with the response time. We could quickly see that Craig understood our geo-thermal system (not every HVAC company does) and earned our confidence by both looking for the solution AND getting us patched together short term to get us cool again. When we ran into a new challenge on a weekend, he made himself available on the phone. Based on my previous experience with Wichita HVAC companies, I didn’t think this kind of company still existed. You know…the kind of company where they answer the phone when you NEED them….and do everything they can to help you in a pinch. Yep, they do still exist. Dan’s is that kind of company and those are the kind of people who work there. Special shout out to Craig who is our hero. Because our house is COOL.

We have been long-time customers (about 40 years) of the Gene Hensley Company which is now part of Dan's Heating and Cooling. We've always been more than satisficed with their HVAC installation and service work, but our experience today with Dan's service technician, Craig, was really superior. His skill set combines all of the things you could hope to have in a person working in your home. As Craig serviced our two HVAC systems he was courteous, knowledgeable and practical. He found several small problems with each system and repaired them along with a thorough cleaning of each. We also discussed the pros and cons of air duct cleaning and getting on an annual service contract. So, bottom line, we are so pleased with our service from Dan's Heating and Cooling!

Mike 5.0 did an amazing job explaining everything he was doing and sharing his wealth of knowledge. Anything that is 23 years-old is an antique, but Mike brought it back to life. I have had three other close friends who have used Dan’s Heating and Cooling, and all three of them have had great experiences. I highly recommend this HVAC company.

Dan's installed our system, and has always been responsive to our needs for seasonal maintenance and repairs. The latest was an a/c out service call. Called after hours; received a call back and scheduled for the next morning. Repair done early in the day.
Mike 5-0 is hands down the best technician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Dan's is the best in town.
I have used Dan's for 4 yrs and am very satisfied with their annual maintenance program. They come twice a year for a check up and if anything would go wrong in between, I will be at top of their schedule.
Mike, Jason, Treav]or, and Aidan were super! They installed a whole new Trane heating and Air Conditioning system at the Kechi Playhouse. The temperature throughout the building is lovely and even.
We had just arrived home from vacation, late in the day, and our a/c refused to work. Dan's was called and arrangements were made for next day. Glen called ahead and was repairing our unit before the next afternoon was done. He was very professional and personable. We are thrilled with the service, the repair and the company representatives. They will always have our business.
Technician's Connor & Randy arrived within the time appointment period promised. They quickly located the no run problem. Then they checked the system out and determined the system was now working properly. These guys were polite, friendly, and explained their findings in terms that even I could understand.
