Worst company
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
When factory stock is low they lock out the small companies so only the companies that buy the most can purchase products. So do to the fact that we don't take advantage of our customers and sale them equipment when they don't need it our customers are told to go without when they really need it. Very frustrating and horrible wat to conduct business.

Miss Renee the best girl in ac? Lol she hates her job and you can tell by the way she talks to you on the phone or in person. Always has an attitude so I know what the other person complaining about her is talking about . Definitely going to put in a complaint on her . Funny thing is I’ve never had a problem with Justin. Go here if you want to be belittled and spoken to like you don’t know anything.Make sure you walk up the stairs slowly so they won’t think your charging at them lmao washer specialties all day every day

Very Poor Customer Service , I walked in to ask a few question about a Goodman Furnace that we purchased last year. The lady behind the count didn't want to give me the time of day and kept turning her back on me and said "I just sell them and don't know anything about them". She didn't offer to speak to anyone else or offer to come back. Just to busy for customers. I gave the Goodman Brand a second change from the last Goodman furnace we had before. This issue is the same from the previous Goodman. I will never purchase a Goodman nor from this company again.
