Excellent service. The service men were prompt & professional.
Make sure you received a written quote for any work you have them perform. I was quoted $200 to have my air conditioner moved & the bill was $384. I tried to get a breakdown of the cost & understanding of why the bill was so inflated. They were argumentative and not willing to send more information. $184 isn't worth my time to pursue further, but I will never use them for any service going forward.
Comfort Systems is hand down the first call for me for all things hvac and plumbing. They respond quickly, are knowlegable, and professional. Look no further and call them! They saved me in a pinch twice already!

Had a great experience with Comfort Systems. They serviced my steam boiler when many other companies would not. They brought someone with experience and expertise with steam systems and knocked it out! They also serviced my traditional AC system. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and quick.
Ernesto did a great job!!!!! It was 100 degrees today and going all night without A/C would've been awful! Prompt, professional service! Would highly recommend!!
Tim came on the call to advise us on who could get a AC in wall unit. He recommended Ricks Applicance. He was very nice and helpful.
Comfort Systems, and their excellent technician Mark, have been keeping my built-in-1929 home running for the last 12 years. Today Mark quickly figured out what I needed to do to keep my pipes from freezing again. Not only did he get my water running again quickly, but he helped me problem-solve the whole situation to prevent it from happening in the future. Mark always has been professional, highly skilled, and efficient at solving problems. I couldn't ask for a better technician or plumbing/heating support business to call.
They clearly don't care for the safety of others. Whoever was driving the company truck, license plate 716 KYL, kept cutting people off on the highway while speeding. If they can't be trusted to drive safely, they can't be trusted at all.
I would like to thank Comfort Systems of Wichita Kansas, Brett McKown, and the service techs, the tech that diagnosed the problem and Blake Logsdon who fixed the reverse valve in my Lennox heat pump. Comfort Systems installed and services my heat pump system and when it failed this winter they were right on top of it, prompt. Brett and Lennox worked to fix this issue under warranty standing behind the equipment and resolving my issue. Blake was very professional and showed expertise in his knowledge of the equipment and explanation of the process. I live in an apartment complex and had a clogged tub and clogged toilet. Comfort systems was called out and i was lucky enough to get Mark B as my licensed professional. He was here right on time and walked into something that was worse than what he was told. Being the professional that he is he assured me that he would go get the right tools to fix the job. I now have a tub and toilet that drain better than ever before and would give this a 5 out of 5!
My House air conditioner quit working at 10:30 PM on a very hot night. I have a medical condition and cannot be in hot conditions very long. I called Comfort Systems as I have Used them for years and they have 24 hr emergency service I also have a maintenance contract with them that is suppose to give me priority service. Comfort Systems never could get a technician to answer and told me to try another company which I did. The other company was at my house within an hour and had my air conditioner fixed in 45 minutes. I am very disappointed in Comfort Systems and will be using the other company from now on
My kitchen faucet broke last night. I called Comfort Systems this morning and Mark was at my house within 2 hours. He went over all my options and I decided to have him replace the faucet and the disposal (which needed it) at the same time and it was completed by 12:45. He was professional and did SUCH a nice job. I absolutely love the new faucet and appreciate the time he took to educate me while making repairs. I will call them first every time. Thank you!
Wow, what a week. New HVAC installed by Shawn and J (sorry, I don't know the spelling) then Mark had to come out and help us with the plumbing (new kitchen faucet) because weird things happened due to water heater had to be moved to get HVAC in! Just wow! All the men were very helpful, kind and hard working. We have our annual maintenance contract and we are ready for fewer service calls! LOL Thank you all so very much - you did great work.
I called their 24 hour line around midnight, and was transferred by the dispatcher to a tech. The tech said he was too tired to complete any more work that evening. It was late, so when he said they would call me back around 7:30 am in the morning to send someone out when they open up at 8 am, that was fine. Plus, I would be avoiding the overtime charges. The call comes in, they said they need to setup my account before they can send someone out, seems reasonable, but they had all my information that was given to dispatch the night before. At this point I'm still thinking that someone is on their way. I get a another call 12:49 pm, they are calling me to put me on the schedule for this afternoon if I'm willing to pay overtime rates, even though it would be scheduled during normal business hours. This call supremely irritated me, because I had not gone to work because I was led to believe that a tech was going to already be out this morning when they opened. Now, I find out they don't have a time for me yet, and no matter what they are going to charge me overtime rates. I asked for the boss, Brett the boss said you should have scheduled with all the other companies and cancel the others when the first one arrives. Since I wasn't on another companies schedule I really wanted him to make this right by at least guaranteeing me a time this afternoon. He would not do that. So made the mistake of expecting them to show up. I didn't realize that one is expected to make appointments with all the HVAC companies in Wichita and take whoever shows up first. Now I missed work and still have no AC, and still am not on any companies schedule. They price gouge charging OT rates all day if you want to agree to get on the schedule in the next week after being led to believe they would be out already that morning. Lesson learned: schedule appointments with as many companies as you can find and cancel after one show up. <-- not how I do business but it is what they expe

Within this last month Mark Bertha helped us with three plumbing projects. We found the service to be excellent and very professional.
Prompt service. I called to tell them we had an issue with our heater and they were out the first thing the next morning. Dan Leet was friendly and efficient and got our heater working in no time.
Mark was here to do the annual service on our Navien and instruct how we can do it. I appreciated his expertise.
Shout out to Mark Bertha for fixing some leaky pipes in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the work he did.
