Called at 6pm and they came the next morning and diagnosed a bad coil (made it 32 years). Installed the same afternoon and had it working within 24hrs af my initial call
I've worked with them a couple times now and each time they've been quick and fixed us up. We've got service within 24 hours of any problem we've had and that's hard to find.
Relocated heat pump due to outside construction.

Before we invested into new A/C and Heating system, Aire Serv took care of the old system. We just brought our home and the units we had was over 20 years old. We decided to buy new units to saved money from repair. Aire Serv put our new unit in within a couple of hours. This company is very professional and friendly. You want good service? Can't go wrong with Aire Serv.
I called yesterday to get set up on a service plan, and they were able to get a technician out the very next day to start the plan. Jesse was even available an hour earlier then quoted and called to make sure I was available 10 minutes before arriving. He checked out the system, replaced the filter, and got me set up on their annual service plan. From the moment I called and spoke with their sweet receptionist, I felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend!!!

Wow! Out standing service. I had called due to not having ac in are new home and they came out within the hour. John and Army where the two technicians. I’m very happy with the technician that came out and got my A/C up and running. He’s very knowledgeable as well as professional and his boss could learn a few things from him. I had to wait a week just for an estimate. Then once I accepted the estimate I had to wait another week to get put on a schedule. On the day of the install I patiently waited 2 hours past the scheduled time, then I received a call that they forgot to order a part they needed and therefor I had to wait another week. I found a better company the same day and they gave me an estimate right there at my home and I was put on their schedule that same day. I understand help is hard to find as well as finding parts and product. But being upfront, honest and having good communication goes a long way regardless of lead times for parts. I’ve spoke with the owner several times on the phone as well and he was very short and rude everytime I called. I highly recommend that you don’t use these people
We woke up to no heat around midnight in our home. I called and left a message for the dispatcher after hours. Even before 8:00AM when they opened I received a call back from their main office and dispatcher; she told me that due to it being 2 degrees outside and an emergency to get heat back on in our home they would immediately send out a technician. This Angel ( technician) was Jesse! Professional, clean cut, polite and perfect! He got our heat on and my family safe again within the hour. Outstanding service! And fair on price! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The dispatcher was spot on and very polite and on task also. She totally understood our stressful situation. I thank them very much!
