I was so pleased with this company. Matthew and Brandon were professional and nice. They arrived on time and did a complete installation of the heating and cooling units. They gave me all the information I needed for the new units. I would highly recommend them. 5 stars for them.
Awesome HVAC company!! We use them for our apartments here in Columbia, SC, and they are always professional, on time, and get things fixed!
Mathew is always prompt. Available to talk options. He works on both my newer units and older in floor heaters.

I was in the market for a complete combo system replacement, mine had quit functioning all together and I had taken several bids. I'm so glad I contacted this company. Their bid was well below their competitors. They showed up on a blustery cold Monday on time (big deal to me) and had the old system removed and the new system installed and operational in just 2 hours. Went well above and beyond my expectations... replaced items that were sub standard and out of code with good quality replacements. Top notch service and really quality equipment. I had researched the replacement combo (Goodman) and I am more than happy. Thank you so much 1st Choice. When I need HVAC service yours is the only number I'm going to need. I was very satisfied with the service I had 1st Choice Heating and Cooling come out to do. They were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone as I will be using them again in the future.

1st Choice was the service provider sent by my warranty company to replace my furnace. I have nothing but good things to say about Matt and his colleague. They were polite and eager to answer any questions I had. It took awhile to get the replacement unit installed as the warranty company dragged their feet in research and authorization, but this is no fault of 1st Choice. When the unit was finally authorized, Matt and his colleague installed the unit in less than 3 hours and cleaned up afterwards. Great service and hope to use them again when the AC finally goes out. Thank you!
Unfortunately our experience with this company and owner was awful. Matthew was rude and inflexible. His interpersonal communication skills are subpar. I have NEVER given a negative review of a company, but after our conversations with this owner, it was important I did so. Hopefully you will avoid 1st Choice at all costs. They will never be our first choice or last choice again!
I cannot say enough good about the service I received! Matthew was very polite and took the time to explain the problem with my AC. He then proceeded to fix the problem with an expert's touch. I will be recommending him to others! Thanks Matthew
I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. I cannot rave enough about 1st choice!!! The owner, Matthew and another nice gentleman arrived promptly (actually early) to service our air conditioning unit and were extremely courteous. After service, he thoroughly explained his work and even went above and beyond to fix a few odds and ends for our inspection. Pricing was the best we found in town. Professionalism was unparalleled. He even refused to take a tip!! The feeling you get from honest working people is so comforting. And this company has it. Great work. We will ALWAYS choose 1st choice and recommend them to any and everyone we know.
The men called 30 minutes before they arrived and when they came in they were very courteous and professional. They went about their job and reported back what they had found out about my furnace. They also gave their recommendations on a couple issues that were not in the original service request with no extra charge. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service. This was the first time I've ever called a repairman and they were actually early instead of late. Knowledgeable people who had my furnace fixed and running quickly. He even gave me suggestions on where to find good priced filters in my area. I will definitely call him again when I'm ready to replace the furnace.

Extremely rude and disrespectful! No manners and not professional @all! I will not, nor will ever use their services. I will never recommend them to anybody. Very poor selection here in Wichita.
Very Professional and the guys did a great job explaining and helping with preventing maintenance as well. Highly recommended them for any heating or cooling needs.
