I highly recommend Shawn from Top City heating and cooling!! Our A/C quit blowing cold air out and it was 90 degrees in our house. We called another company and they said they would be right here and that was at 3pm and they never showed up so I called Shawn and he came out at 11 o’clock at night. He told me what was wrong with the A/C and came back the next day when he said he would and fixed the air!!! We had cold air before he left!!! It is so nice to come in from outside to a cooled house!! Thank you Shawn!!! I will tell everyone I know to come to you!!!
I just went outside and it’s so hot, then I came in and it’s so cool. Thanks to Top City owner Shawn. A couple days ago we were sweltering. I would recommend his service to anyone and everyone. He did a wonderful job. Thank you Shawn!!!

Highly recommend Shawn and Top City Heating & Cooling!! Our A/C stopped cooling after business hours, and I called him first thing the next morning and he was able to come out same day. He's very knowledgeable and professional, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with him.

I can't express my gratitude enough to Top City Heating and Cooling LLC!!! It was the morning of my daughter's bridal shower and my AC went out with 90% humidity and Kansas heat. I called Shawn Burns at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night and he was at my house at 8:30 until 10:30 pm fixing my unit. He could have told me to get a new AC unit but instead offered me an alternative to get me by for another year since I have a wedding to pay for and a daughter still in college. He didn't charge after hour fee. He is the REAL DEAL. Thank you Shawn!!!! And thank you to Cynthia Cox for recommending him.
Shawn is a super nice guy! Really professional as well! Actually talked to him over the phone the first time last year, and he walked me through some steps to possibly get my AC working. This year the AC finally needed to be serviced. He was super upfront about everything, and didn't b.s.! Really reasonable price for parts and labor. Will definitely be using Shawn for future heating, and air needs!
Shawn was able to come quickly to fix my AC. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. As a single mother, I rely on expertise / knowledge / honesty and integrity of those that I hire to do a job. I had recently had my whole a/c unit replaced 5 years ago and found out this week that the whole entire unit needed to be replaces. My child who was recovering from Covid and I and our small Morkie were without air conditioning during the hottest week. The business that installed the first unit was booked for two weeks before they could get to me. My brother called around and found Top City Heating & Cooling and spoke with Shawn. I contacted Shawn and he came over to inspect my unit immediately and was able to get me a brand new ac unit installed that NIGHT!!!!! I cannot express to you the relief and gratitude I felt having someone come in with knowledge, expertise, professionalism that could do an above and beyond outstanding job and actually care about the people he services. He worked into the night with his 17 year old son and another assistant to get me the ac unit I wasn't going to have for two weeks with the other company!!!! He gave me all the information to keep for my records upon completion and called me at 10:00 pm that night as soon as he registered my unit so that I would have a 10 year warranty. What the other business failed to do and failed to admit to me so that they could collect another $5,000 from me only 5 years later!!! No honesty and integrity. I was cut a very good deal by Shawn and he was so helpful with all of the care and maintenance and instructions he gave me. I want to save anyone else the heartache I have gone through and recommend Top City Heating & Cooling for any of their heating and cooling needs. He even said he's not charging after hour rates right now as a special promotion!! I had to pay $200 with the other business to just have them come look at my unit on Wednesday at 5:00pm. For them not to get back with me and then tell me I had to wait 2 weeks for something they failed to tell me was their mistake. Thank you
Shawn returned my phone call as soon as he could and told me what he thought the issue was. He got me the part I needed and walked me through installation. He was patient while I was installing the part and asking rookie questions. He even called back to make sure everything was working. Shawn's customer service was outstanding. I will call in the future for HVAC needs.
Shawn did an excellent job with fixing my air conditioner. Explained in detail everything he did to get it up and running again when the temperatures heat index outside was in the 3 didgets. He is very respectful and curtious. The price to have it fixed was very reasonable. Thankyou so much Shawn for the Awesome job! Will definitely be using Top City if need be in the future!
Shawn was quick to return my phone call. He was very prompt and came early the very next morning to fix my froze up air conditioner. He was very polite and very thorough in completing the task at hand in a very efficient manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having AC problems
