Great customer service and outstanding customer service with respect.
Full disclosure, I am a son to the owner, Bob Frost. That being said, I can speak to the kind of sacrifice, commitment, and personable relationship my father strives to create and maintain with his customers and those he interacts with on a daily basis. In my experience, his customer service values have not changed a bit in the decades he’s been in business. He taught my siblings and I respect and honesty growing up... I know those are characteristics he still practices in the business to this day. Based on price per hour and quality/expertise of work, he is extremely competitive and i’d like to think that you’d be hard pressed to find a better quality to price value elsewhere. If a service does (or does not) need done, he will advise you honestly and straightforward putting you in a position to make an informed decision on a way to move forward.
Mr. Frost is an excellent plumber, very clean worker and responds according to emergency or standard work. Replaced two lavatories and when he left you would never know he had done the work. Very kind and the type of person who emphasizes service, quality and responsiveness.
