Our fan blade broke on air conditioner unit. I call and Corey said he would be out there in a bit. Yeah 8 hours later he showed up at 4:00pm and he looked at the unit and said he had to go get the new fan blade. He came back at 4:45pm and said he had to be done so he can pick his kid up at 5:30. So the next day I called him and told him it was making noises and he said I be there in a little bit. 6 hours later he came out and said it was the breaker box was tripped and he left. So the next day it was not running and I went and looked at it and the broken fan blade he left it in the unit and it got all messed up and wedged in the new one, so I had to call him again. After several hours he came and took it out and all he could say was “my bad”. Then a few days later it stops again and it was 90 degrees in the house. We called him again at3:15 pm and he saiid I will be there in a bit, and at 9pm. He still didn’t show up. So I had to call another company and he came out by 11:00pm. Corey showed up in the morning without calling.first.Opened the door and all he said was your air conditioner not working. No apology for not calling the night before. We told him we called someone else. We used Richard Heating and Cooling for years. It went down hill since Richard not doing it.
Corey came to look at a job for me on a Friday. Said he had to get the parts in and it would be early in the week when he would get to me. No call early in the week. Called Wednesday and left a message. Call was not returned so I called him the next day. He now tells me it will now be "early next week." I am without hot water and it would have been nice of him to notify me he could not get to my job instead of BSing me.
Very prompt, very professional mixed with personable to us, fit us in when we were in a slight jam. Highly recommend and have used them more than once and have never had a bad experience. Thanks Cory and tell dad the same.

Needed maintenance on AC and apartment had to go through them and have pushed the schedule back serveral days multiple times

Poor at being personable . Dose not seem knowledgeable at all. Had to return 4 times the first day. And still had to come back the next. After he forgot about our apoitment and one of the return trips because he forgot to hook up a wire. Didn't put all hardware back in. Didn't even offer a new filter. No receipt or record of service rendered. BAD ...
Called on Sunday left a message and here it is almost Wednesday and still no call. I called another repair company and they returned my call promptly and my repair was completed Tuesday morning. Very disappointed in this company and will not call again for their services ever.
