Very poor professionalism
disrespectful.
I had a really poor encounter with a staff member. This lady seem to be very entitled, and overall just not a great person. You never know what somebody might be going through. Everybody has bad days, and this very entitled lady happened to make my day significantly worse. Especially in the place of your business, your staff members should really watch how they treat people. It’s quite sad to see somebody go out of their way just to be rude to somebody else. if anybody is reading this Google review, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, this company has terrible employees that quite literally go out of their way to put other people down. As a delivery driver, I drive a large truck that takes up quite a bit of space. The rest of the parking lot was completely empty, and she was upset that I parked right in front of the doors. I deliver the 5 gallon water jugs for my job, which happen to be quite heavy. Therefore, I try to get as close to the door as I can. Also, in most other places, the employees aren’t supposed to park right in front of the door. We certainly don’t at my place of employment, so I really don’t see why this was an issue.
These guys get the job done right! Evan, who regularly services our commercial equipment is a class act professional and does excellent work, keeping our equipment balanced and building properly heated and cooled.
