Great service and top notch workers
My AC unit stopped working and our house had hit 89 degrees. I called and left a message for the company a 5:30am and immediately received a call when they opened at 7:30am with a scheduled appointment for the first in the afternoon SAME DAY! I received a phone call approximately 30 minutes before the Ron the Technician arrived. He was courteous, professional, not only quickly diagnosed my problem but had it fixed within an hour. That was including the time he had to run get parts! Cannot recommend Custom Sheetmetal and Roofing enough! Wow best service ever!
Had a couple aluminum pots that needed adjusted. They were able to help me out with a rolled flange.
I had HVAC warranty work done on my compressor. Thankfully, Eric was able to expedite a new one from their supplier ahead of the scheduled delivery date. HVAC Tech Jordan came out and did the part replacement in a professional and thorough manner to get my AC back up and running. Friendly and courteous service from Jordan was appreciated.
