Brandon and his crew are super friendly and knowledgeable. Solved my problem when a bigger company couldn't. Went above and beyond fixing a safety concern they saw that didn't have anything to do with the job they were there to perform.

I can’t say enough about Brandon and his company. Our AC went out in 90 degree weather. Brandon and his team had us up and running within 24 hrs of my call with a completely new install. Brandon doesn’t play games when it came to talking about what was best for our home. He was honest and professional but spoke at a level we could understand. He also went above and beyond with fixing a few other issues he noticed to help keep us up and running at no extra cost. His company was easily half the price of other companies we had bid the job and he also had it finished faster than the other places had estimated. I highly recommend this company.

I noticed my house was starting to get really warm and when I looked at my thermostat it said 83 degree's. It was a Friday or Saturday night and it was 10:30 pm I called Brandon's Heating and Air and Brandon came right over. I guess the reason it got so warm was because, My dogs where in the backyard and they where jumping up and down by the fence and air conditioner and when they came back down from jumping up pulled the wires and shorted it out. Brandon did a great job and had it up a running and back down to to lower 70's before midnight so we were able to rest comfortably that night. Wonderful people at Brandon's Heating and Air they are very good at their job and they are very caring people it wasn't all about getting paid. Wonderful customer service with a smile ,no matter what time it was. Thank You,
This company was hired to fix my a/c through my landlords I personally did not contact them and had no reason to even have a conversation with him, all details where provide to him by someone else, as for him, he came into my home and decided to disrespect me (IN MY HOME) after he got in a conversation that was between me and the maintenance man and was not his to be in, causing issues for me that I did not need, I truly will make sure everyone I know never uses this company and will make sure I leave a review on every platform
5 stars. He's my competition. I'm an HVAC technician as well. But I couldn't find a complaint against Brandon or his crew if I tried.

I have a small 3000 sq ft daycare center. Yesterday when the heat index was 112 degrees, one side of my center didn't feel as cold. I came in this morning and noticed the A/C not performing. I called Brandon's Heating and Air and he was such a friendly person and courteous. I asked the trip charge fee and time frame. He got me in the same day and the tech named Kyle came out and I truly enjoyed speaking with Kyle and he explained a lot to me about my A/C units. He went above and beyond and cleaned the sides of both units and was a pleasure to meet. This is what great customer service is all about. Thank you Brandon and Kyle, appreciate you both.

Very reliable, good quality work. I used this company to install my parents new A/C unit and to get my heater going, and again today for maintenance on my sister's A/C. Can not complain about the service and would recommend to everyone! 👍
