Over several years, it has always been a pleasure doing business with Blue Dot. Their service people are always professional, friendly and courteous. They were quick to respond when I had a problem. They give me confidence in my heating and cooling system doing its job.
The technician was great, even though he told me the ac unit is dying and needs to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely use them again.
Blue dot always does a good job when they come out for our yearly furnace and yearly a/c servicing. Cole was thorough and professional and a very pleasant young man!

Keith Payne with Blue Dot responded to our weekend service call and couldn’t have been better. He was knowledgeable and took his time explain everything he was going to do diagnose the AC problem and the possible solutions. Like he was taking care of his own family. My air conditioner was a difficult repair-the service tech stuck with it despite the difficulty. He was very pleasant & mannerly.

Called on 6/26/23 and they got me in on the same day due to a cancellation. All other companies I called could not get to me until 2-3 weeks out. I like the way Blue Dot sent me notification texts and a picture of the service tech. Very polite on the phone each time we talked. Good Job Blue Dot.

I bought a mini split air conditioner for our upstairs master bedroom. Unlike some of their competitors, Blue Dot made no attempt to sell me a heat pump that I obviously didn’t need and certainly did not want. Two years later there was a minor condensation drainage issue. I called them on a non emergency basis. They came out within 24 hours, quickly identified the problem and fixed it with not even a mention of a charge to me. The technician was prompt, professional and personable, but most important knew his job and did it well.
They called to see if they could come because they had a cancelation. I was worked in the day after I called. Tech was polite and professional.

Ryan spent a lot of time troubleshooting my air conditioning unit, which is quite old. He found and fixed a number of issues. I had feared that I would need to buy a new unit, but after he finished the unit is now functioning normally. Excellent service and attention to detail. He was also very personable and professional.
