I have had Ace out to my home a number of times since 2015, all through my home warranty with American Home Shield. They have worked on toilets, faucets, my garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range. Each time begins with a polite and professional call from Boomer, and he is usually the main point of contact through the experience. Different techs have come out, but they are almost always on time and they call if even fifteen minutes late. They repair what they can and they were great communicators with the home warranty company when things needed to be replaced. Overall, it seems like some great top-down management encourages a consistent experience no matter which tech is sent to work on an issue. My experiences with the contractors sent by the warranty company have not always been wonderful, but when I see Ace on the dispatch I can usually trust that it’s going to be a smooth repair experience.
Had Aces come out several times because that is who my home warranty sent out. First visit was my kitchen faucet. They replaced with the cheaper faucet ever. Not even comparable to what I had. Took the survey request a new one my home warranty didn't respond. I called they said I missed my 30 window. I guess survey is unless. The second to last time I had 4 issues n sinks/tubs I needed fixes. I left a list of each issues. One issues they said nothing was wrong with the sink stopper and repaired the wrong sink. Didn't even mess with that. But still had to call and have them come out to fix the main issues of tub drain was broken. They didn't even look at it the first time. Also didn't fix my toilet correctly. Part they replace was leaking. Last time they came out for my hot water heater. Quoted me $880.00 just for installation. I called several times asked for a detailed list for the "$880.00" home warranty said they would sent it. Still haven't received it. I'm not sure how the installation cost more then the tank and removal itself. Also very poor attitude from employees on each visit. Like they didn't wanna be here to work. Made unnecessary comments several time. I'm sorry but I paid for the home warranty and you chose to work with them. If I have 4 small plumbing issues I will send a work order in for all of them considering I pay $100 everytime you come out no matter how little of big the issue is. Isn't that the point of a warranty? Don't waste your time or money. They are in it for the money only. Honest service is hard to find these days!
Ace is always reliable no matter who does the work.
11/22 called for leak from spout in shower, we agreed to total replacement of the fixtures$450 and 5 months later we have the exact same problem. Called to have them fix their work and said it would be 120per hour just to come out. We have used this company for many years. Heating, cooling, sewer, and plumbing. NO MORE! It should not cost me more money if the work only lasts 5 months!! EDIT Ace resolved the problem today and only cost 52$.replaced o-ring. .

We were assigned Ace Plumbing through our home warranty. Lee was the main serviceman and he was super nice and stayed with it until he got the job done. A 2nd person came and was also very nice, but upon their departure, we noticed the toilet was scratched up really bad. We called into the office and they sent Lee back out to look at it. He was able to get most scratches out and we were satisfied. Definitely recommend Ace and Lee!
Really appreciate Jason taking good care of us last Friday. He answered all my questions and solved our problem. Would definitely use Ace plumbing again.
Good company honest and dependable
Terrible customer service. They don't stand behind their work when it fails and causes damage to your house. I recommend you look for somebody else to handle your plumbing needs.
Just had Darin in my home to replace a kitchen faucet. He is an outstanding technician and would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber. Called them this morning and was on the schedule by 9:30am. Price is very fair for the work and service they provide...

Ace is amazing! They came to my house 4 separate times in a week to fix my water heater when it kept breaking. Very professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend!

I use ace all the time for my plumbing needs. This time I had a new refrigerator delivered from home depot and they would not take the old one until I had a water shutoff valve behind my refrigerator some new regulation. I was at work called Ace and they could have someone out the next morning. Which they did. He had the shutoff valve installed fast and did an excellent job! As usual!
I was very impressed with Ace Plumbing. They installed new AC and heating. Everyone I came into contact with was very kind. Boomer was great to work with. Michael and Dan were my technicians. They were awesome. I will definitely recommend Ace to my family and friends.
Company was recruited by my insurance to inspect water heater failure. Ace claimed my water heater had been leaking for 6months (disqualifying repair eligibility through home warranty) when it had only been leaking for a little over 1 month. They also claimed the leak was due to improper component installation???? It’s 10 years old??? That is average life for a water heater now days. False statements were made not allowing coverage, plus the mammoth bill they added together for projected repair was obvious to see they were trying to oversell work to the home warranty company. STEER CLEAR of this company.
