This company is all about service with professional workers. Our technician, Steve, was/is polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and reliable in his work and person. A-1 is the company to call!
Technician is a pro and explained exactly what service he performed, and went into detail about the AC unit's condition before and after service.
Technicians were prompt, explained all options, and followed up quickly. My air conditioner died on a Saturday and they installed a new one by the end of the day, Wednesday.
Got an appointment right away. Arrived at my place early and were very friendly and professional. Fast service with quality work. I will use again.
Even though I assured Ashley that my toilet rebuild was not an emergency, she would have had Tony here in two days. When he arrived, the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. I keep calling A-1 for various issues, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. They are the folks I have relied on for decades.
We called A-1 on a day when many other businesses were closed for the 4th of July holiday weekend. They came when they said they would and evaluated our gas leak from our hot water heater and repaired the problem. We are very grateful to have a functioning hot water heater for our guests this holiday!
They came out the very same day that we called. The repair man was very professional and efficient. He replaced a defective capacitor on our air conditioning unit. He was in and out within an hour. Strongly recommend!
A-1 was fast with responding to my inquiry I left last night. Ashley and Ryan were very nice and professional. Ryan did a great job explaining the issue my unit was having. He was open and honest with me which I appreciated as I don’t know much about AC units. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend.
I have used A1 for plumbing and AC problems. The employees are informative kind and efficient.
Our AC Blower motor was making a horrible sound like it was off balance and of course this happened Frida night. Called A1 Saturday morning and they came out to diagnose the issue. To our, and the Technicians surprise a 2.5ft+ snake had crawled in and wrapped around the fan blades. The Technician removed the snake and readjusted the system and is working great now!
I called A-1 in the morning about a problem I was having with my toilet and within several hours plummer Tony V. was at our house to make the necessary repair work. He used an auger to clear a blockage on my toilet. He also pointed out that our fluidmaster fill valve was not working properly and he replaced it. I found Tony to be very efficient and pleasant. I also thought the repair work was done at a fair price. I would give A-1 an A+ for their service and professionalism.
Tony was very professional and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and got right to work! He had our shower fixed and the new shower head installed in less than 30 minutes. He even took time to check out a separate water pipe issue and fixed that for us as well. We will continue using A1 for our plumbing needs.
They were able to get us on their schedule quickly and get our A/C running nice & cold in no time.

Kyler was very professional and got the job done so quickly. Our sewer line was backed up and we had a huge mess in the basement. He was on time, gave us a quote before hand and was very knowledgeable. Plus, this was all done on a Sunday. Thank you Kyler and A1 Plumbing.
I had A-1 install a new furnace and air conditioner. Was very happy with the service. They showed up on time which I really appreciated. Also had them back to do some small plumbing jobs. Glad to find somebody I can depend on.
Update: the company reached out and explained the situation. And was able to assist me. Grateful for the quick response and resolution. This was the second time calling for an estimate. This time I was ready to book an appointment. At first it was 69$ to have someone dispatched to view the problem which is what I requested. I told the lady im speaking to that i wanted someone to check the ac unit because i am doing a house inspection. I explained to her this will not be part of the inspection, but i still need it done to know in order to have the repairs done after the house is inspected. However after a few mins of talking she says that if the process takes to long to diagnose the issue a diagnostic fee will be charged of 90$ per hour. I said ok but what does it mean a long time..she keeps saying she won't know, the technician will tell me. So I asked her what if 5 mins into checking out the issue, the technician says that it's taking too long and starts charging me the 90$ an hour. She said she doesn't know. She refuses to tell me what is the cut off time for diagnosing the problem.

A-1 was very quick to check out our AC that quit working. Once we determined a new unit was the direction we wanted to go, they got us taken care of really fast. Text notifications with a photo of who was going to arrive at our house was an unexpected but very nice feature. We saw four different people from the initial repair technician, to sales, to two installers, all were very polite and professional. Their work is top notch. We had a water heater installed also while they were out knowing ours was old and likely near end-life. Highly recommend.
