Our AC stopped working this last Saturday, the first hottest day of the year. Keith was at our house within an hour and had it diagnosed and fixed quickly. Thanks to him and this company we were able to get our house cooled down and slept comfortably. Thank you Keith for the great service and taking time our of your Saturday night to help up. Our heater started making noise and they came out immediately and fixed the issue. Keith was super nice, respectful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better company to workout on our HVAC system!
Our heat went out on Christmas Eve. Keith responded very quickly and was able to get our furnace fixed. He was professional and very nice. We were sorry we had to take him away from his own family for the holiday but we were grateful. Thank you!
Called Complete Heating and Air Conditioning because we noticed gas smell when the furnace was kicking on. The technician was very quick to arrive and was able to quickly fix the issue. Reasonably priced and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I've utilized this company multiple times over the last 10 years, and the service and responsiveness I've gotten from them have been phenomenal. In cases where they are not able to make it out quickly, they've often given me several things to try to get things working until they can make it out. Their techs are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All quotes and services I've gotten have been reasonable compared to others in KC that charge nearly double what they do for the same work. I highly recommend this company.

Several years ago we needed a repair on our AC system and luckily a neighbor recommended Complete. Since then we have had maintenance checks in the spring and the fall with Keith. He’s the best…honest, communicates well and very knowledgeable! When you call the office Amy will take good care of you also!

I called this company and many others for a bid on a complete new system. Jake came to give us an estimate and the same day we had an issue with our old AC unit and he came back and was able to make a small repair to it so we would have AC during the hot weather. I immediately decided he was an honest guy and accepted his bid. He and his employee Blake came within one week and installed the new system. We are very happy with it and their service. I would highly recommend them!
