Such a wonderful experience with these guys, I can’t say enough nice things. I was struggling with a warranty contractor, and decided to give Sommer a call, I think they came out the same day and were able to get parts etc. and have my AC going within 48hrs! Chad/Michael are incredibly kind and respectful!
In May I had Sommer come out because my AC unit had froze up and was no longer cooling and we were having 90 degree days that week. The man that came out said we were about 4lbs low on freon, I told him I needed to contact my son in law who owns the home to get a go ahead on repair. With my son in law on speaker phone I told him about the cost and he told him to go ahead and repair it and asks him about leaks repair and he said he found no leaks and never opened the inside unit to look for damage. He charged the AC unit and then charged me $489 for the cost of from and service call. My AC unit blew cold air for 3 weeks and stopped. I called Sommer and told them and they sent same repair man out right away. He informed me that my unit needed to be replaced and he was getting someone from the company to come back with him to look at it but has never contacted me back. I have left messages for a call back and for a copy of my receipt to be emailed to me and as now have received neither. Not a happy customer.
Called today and asked for a quote for fall and spring inspections for my home with 3 AC and 3 furnaces. Response "so what's your question?". I repeated with same response! Revised question to do you want to quote annual inspections on 6 units? Response "Not really" and hung up! WOULD YOU TRUST THIS COMPANY? NOT REALLY!

These guys were great! Made it a point to come out same day even if it ended being 9:30pm! Appreciated being able to have a cool house that night.
This heating and cooling company really came through for my when my furnace broke down. Chad, Michael, and Adam really went above and beyond in their customer service, professionalism, and also their technical expertise. Would highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs!
Same day appointment for service call. Heater wasnt working properly. $39 service calls. Got a tune up for $65 total. Great experience. Sommer is now my goto HVAC company.
Simmer heating and cooling are the best in the business! They have gone above and beyond when taking care of my heating AND cooling needs! Very responsive to getting things done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them any time.

I have used Sommer heating and cooling several times for big and small jobs, they are always prompt and good at their job. Prices are very reasonable and competitive....I would use them anyway because of their vast knowledge.
The techctechn was courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use their services again in the future.
This is the 2nd time I have asked Sommer Heating and Cooling to service our unit and they have been quick to respond to us and have been a pleasure to do business with.

My AC was out when I got home from work this evening. It's been in the upper 90s today and tomorrow will be more of the same. Not only is it too much for me to deal with but it can really be hard on my 150lb dog who's not a warm weather kinda guy. I was worried he wouldn't make it another day when I called Sommer Heating and Cooling. I told them what was going on and they were here within the hour. 20 mins later my house was starting to cool off. I couldn't be more happy. Sweet AC! Their rates were reasonable, they were friendly and they saved me and the dog. I'd definitely recommend these guys!
