Like everyone else in KC, our ac was acting up last week and we were suggested Better Service to come check everything out! Kerri was amazing at scheduling us and setting realistic timelines! Brian arrived within the time block, a text was also sent prior to his arrival. After looking at all systems and vents, Brian provided options on what would work best for our home. Everything went smoothly and we are looking into available options! I asked a lot of questions and Brian was quick to respond with well explained answers! I would recommend this company!
