The reviews are true! Pronto Air is the best. I decided to reach out to the owner, Anthony, for my AC maintenance and repair after seeing all the positive reviews on Google and Nextdoor. He arrived precisely on time, spent a lot of time educating me on my HVAC system, and encouraged asking questions and discussing alternate repair options. He completed the repair within the cost and timeframe estimated, and my house is now cool again. Pronto is honest, fast, and cost-conscious. Highly recommend!

Antony with Pronto was very helpful and did a great job explaining to me how my system works and why it wasn’t working properly. I installed my nest thermostat myself but did a poor job with the set up and wiring. He didn’t just fix the issue but helped me grasp the concepts to help me as a home owner long term. I found it refreshing to have a service professional take their time and verify everything was working as it should rather than trying to hurry to the next job. His patience and care made me feel like I was a valued customer. Thank you Antony!

Fantastic service, very fast and responsive, explained everything to me very clearly. Edit: We had Anthony out again for a yearly checkup and once again he was very easy to get scheduled and explained everything clearly including maintenance items and things to watch out for. Pricing also seems pretty reasonable.
I refer trades people pretty regularly to the folks I work with and I don’t think I’ve ever had someone proactively reach out to me to tell me how great someone was for them until I referred Antony & Pronto to an associate of mine. He did an incredible job, communicated well, and charged a reasonable fee. Couldn’t recommend him higher!
I got home from a trip and found my furnace had quit working. I called Antony from Pronto Air. He was at my house on a Sunday within 30 minutes looking at my issue. My luck the furnace needed to be replaced. Antony was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I appreciated his customer service and how he took his time to explain it to me, never once did I feel pressured into buying something I did not need. Not only did he do an excellent job installing my new furnace, he left the furnace room cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Pronto Air!
Anthony laid out my options for dealing with the bad fan on my A/C unit. I went with replacement of heater and furnace. It was done right, timely and for a good price. Glad I went with Pronto.
