I am so impressed with the work they have done! Ian came out yesterday to look at my 22 year old heater 😅 he was very honest with me and told me i needed an all new furnace and air due to it being so old and deteriorated. The financial help was amazing by Kayla as well! she answered all my questions and talked me through everything! with it being so cold i didn’t know how fast i’d get a new one but they came out today and got everything done! The two guys Javier and another gentleman were amazing as well!! and Just in time for this cold weather! I couldn’t ask for better service!!!!!
Jalen came out today to perform our annual furnace tune up. He did a great job. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. Five Stars for Jalen!

Anthony and Josh were excellent! They repiped our upstairs plumbing after a water leak. They were very professional and nice. They did not seem to mind our sweet little dog not wanting them to leave. Lily (sweet little dog) sends her thank you to Anthony and Josh! Thank you!

Anthony & Josh did an excellent job and we’re very professional. They raised our shower head, replaced 3 toilets, replaced a sink faucet. They answered questions I had and did an excellent job explaining & showing me how they were fixing a problem with one of the toilets. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and will use Polestar for any future plumbing problems. Thank you!

Larry T. has come to our home twice - once to diagnose a problem and another time to inspect after another technician performed the work. Larry was so patient and professional. He answered all of the questions we asked him with knowledgeable explanations. He expressed interest in helping us understand how to best care for our new unit and how to save money in doing so. Even when I called later with a follow up question, he was very kind and helpful. We have previously had only bad experiences with heating and cooling repairs/installs. It has been so refreshing to have Polestar provide affordable rates and quality service through skilled workers like Larry. Update: James came today and addressed some concerns we had about the unit. It made a sound we thought was strange, but all was actually working fine. James helped educate us on how to interpret that sound, how to verify if the unit is truly malfunctioning, and how to prepare the unit for possible extreme winter weather. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism he displayed.

I wouldn’t recommend Plumbing services. They came at my home to fix frozen pipes and they start doing the service before give us any estimates. They burned my trim faucet and left my house saying the pipes were not frozen anymore but my faucet would need a new piece to work again. They charged us $285 for defrosting the ice and told us that would return 2 days after to fix the rest. 4 days after the temperatures outside got warmer and guess what? My shower was working again without any repair. The pipes weren’t defrost by them and they never came back to fix my trim faucet. I called to the manager twice to ask my money back and they just don’t want to solve this issue. Take my advice. Don’t take their service. They have the worst customer service!
Jerry from Polestar came and fixed my daugher's jacuzzi a few days ago. My daughter was stressing out about it. In a very short time the problem was resolved. We use Polestar for years. My daughter has never tried Polestar so I recommended them to her and to anyone thay needs their expertise. My daughter was very elated with the service she received. She said will always call for their help. She ask me to give them five stars. Thanks Polestar

Found company through Costco and had new Lenox unit installed. Everyone from company has been great - communication and customer service outstanding with installation. Would recommend doing business with this company.
I found them through Costco and got a nice rebate from Costco. I thought the choices they gave me were good and did a nice gob installing the units. After a month I am happy with the new units performance. Quieter and house if very conformable. Would use them again.
Terrible company! Sold an air conditioning system to my dad that was too large for his house, and overpriced! It has constantly needed service since installation. No warranty coverage of course. Forgot to mention that my father suffered from dementia and passed away last fall. Avoid Polestar.
